INTRODUCTION TO WORLDCUE® COMPANION 1.0 Designed to provide managers with quick access to threat and exposure information pertinent to their people or organization, Worldcue® Companion 1.0 is available for use via a web browser on iPad and Android tablets, iPhone and Android mobile phones, or any laptop or desktop. Functionality includes*:  Exposures: Immediately see how many people are affected by current alerts, both today and throughout the duration of the alerts. 

Alert Details: When viewing an alert of interest, send an email to affected people or download a report of affected people.



Profile: View each affected person’s contact, itinerary, and lodging information.



Trips and Assignments: View current and future trips and assignments for each person.



CSAR & Destination Intelligence: Examine the Country/City Security Assessment Ratings (CSAR) and destination information covering up to 10 intelligence categories for locations around the world.

*NOTE: App feature availability depends upon the iJET service subscription.

INITIAL SETUP ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT An iJET Worldcue® Global Control Center (GCC) service subscription through your organization is required to access the Companion application. If you do not already have a Worldcue GCC account, your iJET account manager will assist you in setting up your access to the Worldcue Companion service and will provide login instructions. If you already have a Worldcue GCC account and know your username and password, proceed to the SIGN IN instructions below. If you have an existing Worldcue GCC account and need to reset your password, proceed to the SIGN IN instructions and, after entering your username, click Forgot Password on the Sign In screen, then follow the instructions on the screen. If you have not received account information, contact your account manager.

SIGN IN 1. Open the application by navigating to the following URL: o

https://mobile.worldcue.com

2. Enter your Worldcue® GCC credentials* 3. Select Sign In to proceed *GCC credentials can be obtained from your iJET account manager. If you are having trouble signing in or if you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link or use the Call or Email buttons under Forgot Password to contact iJET Customer Service, which can be reached at +1 (877) 606-4538 (US Toll Free), +1 (443) 716-2419 (Outside US) or [email protected].

FORGOT PASSWORD To change your password, select the Forgot Password link located on the Sign In screen. Enter your username, and an email with a link will be sent to your primary email address. Click the link to create your new password. If you experience problems with resetting your password, use the Call or Email buttons under Forgot Password to contact iJET Customer Service, which can be reached at +1 (877) 6064538 (US Toll Free), +1 (443) 716-2419 (Outside US) or [email protected].

NAVIGATION Upon logging into the app, you are presented with the Alert Feed screen. This is the home screen, and it shows the active alerts that could affect your organization. In other words, only alerts that represent a potential exposure for your people or organization are displayed. From this screen, you may navigate to the following areas of the app:    

Exposure Details – Click on an alert to see full alert and exposure details Medical Provider Search – If your organization subscribes to AXA Medical Provider services, you will see this option to search for healthcare providers by location. Location Search – Provides intelligence and exposure details by location Privacy Policy – Provides details about how personal information is handled and protected.

Alert Feed: To return to the Alert Feed screen from other parts of the app, tap the Alert Feed button in the upper left panel. The following image of the home screen highlights the Location Search, Exposure information, Alert Feed, and other navigation options.

ALERT FEED As noted above, only alerts that are associated with one or more exposures for the user’s organization are displayed in the Alert Feed. In other words, if iJET issues an alert, but there is no exposure for your

organization, then that alert will not appear in your alert feed. The home page initially shows up to 100 alerts, but you may scroll down to the bottom of the alert list to load any additional active alerts. The alert title and gist are shown on the left, and the exposures (number of people affected) appear to the right. The exposure information is shown for the current day (“Affected Today”) and for “All Affected,” meaning all people affected through the duration of the alert.

The exposure information applies to individuals who are traveling and those who are on extended assignment. Icons appear to the left of each alert to indicate the severity level: Info, Warning, or Critical.

PHONE VIEW The application has a slightly different look when viewed on a mobile phone. The navigation options are available from the button to the right of the Location Search bar. On the Alert Feed, the numbers for the people affected are listed to the right of each alert, with the number for “Today” on top and the number for “All” (all people affected through the duration of the alert) on bottom.

EXPOSURE DETAILS When you select a given alert, you see the Exposure Details screen. It includes the full alert and the names of the people affected today and through the duration of the alert. From here, you may select an affected person’s name to see his/her contact information and itinerary. (For more details, see the Trips and Assignments section of this guide.) Email People It is also possible to directly email a copy of the alert to the affected people (Email People). By sending the email, you acknowledge that personal or confidential recipient information may be distributed. Download Report In addition, you may select the option to download a report listing the affected people (Download Report). Upon selecting Download Report, a warning appears, indicating that the action will download Personally Identifiable Information. Acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer before downloading the report. Tips for Downloading Reports 



The report will typically appear in your Downloads folder or may open as a CSV file as part of the file download feature of the web browser. If your computer or device does not have a default spreadsheet program, it may open as raw text. We recommend downloading an application that will display a CSV file. For a Desktop, this might be Microsoft EXCEL. For an iPhone or an iPad, we recommend downloading the Numbers application. With an iPad or iPhone that has the Numbers app installed, the downloaded report will open in a separate tab with the raw data; then when you tap the top of the tab, you are prompted to open it in Numbers.

You must turn off pop-up blockers in order for this feature to work properly. See the documentation for the browser you are using to determine how to disable pop-up blockers.

The report name will reflect your default spreadsheet program (such as EXCEL) and the name of the alert, as well as the current date if “Today” is selected or the date range if “Through Alert” is selected. For example, if a report for “Today” is downloaded in EXCEL format on the 24th of December 2015 for the alert, “Municipal Worker Strike Dec. 28 – Delhi, India,” then the report name will be as follows: Informational Alert – Municipal Worker Strike Dec. 28 – Delhi, India – 2015.12.24.xls Furthermore, if a report for “Through Alert” is downloaded on the same day for the same alert, the report will be named as follows: Informational Alert – Municipal Worker Strike – Dec. 28 – Delhi India – from 2015-12-26 through 201512-28.xls

TRIPS & ASSIGNMENTS When you select the name of an affected person, a screen with that person’s contact information appears. It also shows the current and future Trips or Assignments that person has in his/her itinerary. Trips appear in ascending order by start date. The Trip Name (Record Locator), and Trip Legs are listed. This screen allows you to see more specific information about the affected person’s travel, what alerts might affect the various legs of his/her trip, and emergency or temporary contact information for the individual.

If information for the person’s lodging (hotel) and ground transportation is available, that is also shown on this screen, along with flight information.

If the person is on assignment, his/her travel details will be listed under Assignments. Assignments are listed in ascending order by start date. Select an Assignment to view details, including assigned location, assigned facility, arrival date, and departure date.

Note that if a person is a VIP, a special green icon appears next to his/her name. After viewing an affected person’s details, you may use your browser’s back arrow to return to the previous screen.

LOCATION INTELLIGENCE LOCATION SEARCH Just to the right of the Worldcue Companion logo is the Location Search field. To explore intelligence and exposure information for a specific location, type the name of the location of interest. A list will auto-populate below the search field. When the location appears in the list, select it if it is not already highlighted and you will see the location intelligence for that location.

The Location Intelligence screen includes general information about the location; the location’s Country/City Security Assessment Rating (CSAR) in the top-right; the people at the location today and in the next 6 days; active alerts shown in a list and on a map; and organization-specific Important Notices for the location. Below the alert list, the destination intelligence appears, including up to 10 categories of information about the location.

COUNTRY/CITY SECURITY ASSESSMENT RATING The CSAR rates the location at one of the following levels, 0-5: 

Not Rated (0) – Grey



Minimum Threat (1) – Green



Low Threat (2) - Blue



Moderate Threat (3) – Yellow



High Threat (4) – Orange

Very High Threat (5) – Red

The sub-ratings for Crime, Security Services, Civil Unrest, Terrorism, Kidnapping and Geopolitical Stability are listed below the Important Notices.

PEOPLE IN LOCATION If there are people from the organization at the location today or in the next 6 days, their names will be listed on the tabs for “Today” or “Next 6 Days.” You may click on a name to see the same profile and trip or assignment details that are accessible from the Exposure Details screen (described above). As with the Exposure Details screen, you may also email the people at the location or download a report of people at the location from this screen. If there are no people at the location today, the screen will say, “No People at Location Today.”

ALERTS Click on an individual alert to view the full alert details. In addition to seeing active alerts displayed on a map and in a list below the map, the user may sort and filter the alerts. You may sort the Alert list in three ways: 

By Severity – in order of Critical, Warning and Informational



By Date – in descending order of publication date and time



By Location – in alphabetical order of specified location

Tap the “All Alerts” dropdown menu to filter alerts by severity and show only Info, Warning, or Critical alerts, as desired. If there are no active alerts for a given location, the screen will say, “No alerts for this location,” and no map will appear.

INTELLIGENCE CATEGORIES Below the alerts, tap any one of the intelligence categories listed (e.g., Transportation, Security, Financial, Entry/Exit, Culture, Health, etc.) to see location-specific intelligence for that category.

HOTLINE You may quickly reference your organization’s emergency hotline number (if applicable) below the iJET Customer Service information in the left-hand panel of the app. You may tap the phone number to automatically invoke your mobile device’s phone service. Upon calling the number, you will be connected to a response coordinator and can get support, such as Access to Analysts or Assistance services.

SIGN OUT To log out of the app, select the Sign Out option next your user name in the top-right corner of the app. Once you log out, you cannot get into any part of the application without signing back in.

CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE To contact the iJET Customer Service within the app, use one of the methods listed in the bottom left panel of the application. The phone and email options have live links that will invoke your mobile device’s phone or email services (if available) when selected. iJET’s Customer Service team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to help you with your mobile app. Customer Service can be reached at +1 (877) 606-4538 (US Toll Free), +1 (443) 7162419 (Outside US) or [email protected].

SESSION TIMEOUT The Worldcue Companion app has a standard timeout period of two (2) hours. After two hours of inactivity, you must sign back in to access the application.

SECURITY & PRIVACY The Worldcue Companion app has various ways of keeping your data secure: 



Secured protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) by requiring users to Sign In to view: o

No PII is stored on the device by the application
