Connect to the Internet and go to the Careers Wales Online website at:
www.careerswales.com The first thing you will need to do is register so that you can use most areas of this site, including setting up your online eProgress File. To register click here
Remember … … the next time you use Careers Wales Online, you will already have your Username and Password, so you can skip the registration and access the site by entering your details into the Login box and clicking Login.

Note that if you give your e-mail address here it will automatically be used as your username, although you can change this to your student ID when prompted on the next screen, as we suggest. Click on Next step when you have filled in all the sections
