The Application - Simplicity and Speed are worth while!

1

With visio.lign veneer shells, a set-up is established to achieve an exact model of the framework.

5

With compoForm UV, a framework is made out of the insulated die. The light application from the syringe simplifies the processing.

9

Upon completion, the hoof is modeled. The special stability of compoForm UV simplifies the exact model. The hoof becomes thicker and remains modeled at a 45° angle.

13

The ceramic should only have 0.8 to 1.2 mm of space. With the correct framework color, no more space is required.

6

2

An aesthetics set-up is also established for the frontal tooth section. This heavily simplifies the work steps necessary when you model the interlinks.

6

compoForm UV is cured under a lightcuring unit. You should always cure layer for layer; it reduces the danger of delay.

10

The minimal density of the cap should not fall below 0.5 mm in order to ensure a secure sweeping.

14

For the manufacturing of the intermediary member, the synthetic crowns are insulated with Vaseline. For a quick establishment, a little curette material is pressed into the impression and both parts (oral and vestibular) are pressed together on the model.

3

Haptosil D is used to make the impression of the set-up. The high rate hardness of Haptosil D guarantees an exact replication via the stability of the impression.

7

The first framework is then removed. You can already recognize the enormously high stability of the synthetic, which is required for an exact scanning in the 5 Motion Milling.

11

The impression from Haptosil D is halved with a scalpel, such that both the oral and the vestibular sides can be used as a situational model.

15

The impression can be separated once again. After the intermediary member is cured, it can be removed for an easier processing.

4

The dies manufactured with Thixo-Rock are lightly insulated with Vaseline. They should not be covered with a lightcuring die varnish because a con-nection between compoForm UV and die varnish could result.

8

The cap is completed. The hoof crown remains circularly free. After another curing of compoForm UV, it is removed once again.

12

The impression from Haptosil D is halved with a scalpel, such that both the oral and the vestibular sides can be used as a situational model.

16

With the diamond polisher for veneering technique Vb2, you can polish in an exact groove pattern. This heavily simplifies the reduction.

17

Afterwards, the groove pattern is reduced to a level of terseness and until a reduced dental form is reached in the intermediary member.

21

The 5 Motion Lightcuring Disc is lightcured on both sides in the bre.Lux Power Unit. The excellent hardness allows a milling free of delays.

25

Per member, two connections should always be planned for a sufficient stability.

29

With the 5 Motion Glue and Active, the model is pasted in free of tension. In this case, please also make sure that you affix one side and then the next, one after another. For larger scales of work, we recommend that you attach it to the model.

18

If desired, a garland can be received orally for the stabilization of the construction.

22

You fix the 5 Motion Lightcuring Disc and the corresponding zirconium blanc in the respective framework.

26

The circular space should be large enough that you can move the framework easily with the 5 Motion Scanner 2.

30

The milling always begins with the largest instruments from the cervical side. It is milled with the system in order to target an exact and safe removal.

19

The intermediary member is fastened with compoForm UV. Lack of tension is achieved via a one-sided fixing and curing.

23

Mill and button are conversely clamped into the micro-motor (button) and the button handpiece (mill). The size and situation of the zirconium blanc is delineated to the 5 Motion Lightcuring Disc.

27

Corresponding to the drawn trace, the notch is milled out with the H200 KM 23 mill. The model may not be pressed into the connections with pressure.

31

You begin with the interior side of the crown, and then continue with exterior side of the crown. With that, the hoof crown is provided with stability during the milling.

20

The 5 Motion Glue unites the zirconium blanc securely to the framework. Afterwards, the splice is shortly sprayed with the 5 Motion Active in order to achieve a quicker and better connection.

24

The model is placed in the delineated area. You can now check as to whether the side expansion tot he zirconium blanc is sufficient.

28

The connections for the model are regenerated such that there is only one point form connection.

32

If the work step with the largest instrument is completed, the next smallest is clamped on. With that, additional areas are reached that were not reached with the larger instrument.

7

motions system 33

The details are milled out with the smallest instrument. By turning the clamping table or simultaneous turning of the framework, every area of the model is sampled and milled.

37

The finer the zircon framework is developed and constructed, the less reworking will be necessary in the sintered state. This saves time and grinding instrument.

41

The zircon framework has then shrunk to its original size after the sinter process such that an exact fit construction results.

34

The exterior and occlusal sides of the model are both milled at the end of the procedure. In doing this, you also always begin with the largest instrument.

38

The zircon framework is placed in the desired 5 Motion Color for app. 30 seconds before the sintering. With that, the framework receives the corresponding primary color.

42

With the Air-Aqua Turbine under water cooling or with the Diagen Turbo Grinder, you develop, construct and attend to the zircon construction.

35

The milled zircon framework is separated from the zirconium blanc such that a bar always remains on the oral side for more than two members. With that, a sufficient stability is achieved during the sintering.

39

After drying with the 5 Motion Drying Lamp, the zircon framework is placed in the firing dish filled with firing sand. The cervical side faces upwards.

43

36

With the back-off clearance mill H 194 GH 40, the connection sections and the surface are smoothed. The connection between the framework and bar can be regenerated and already beautified.

40

With the Diabolo Supra Disc, the bar is separated after sintering.

For the continued veneering of the zircon framework, you can use any zircon ceramic.

A convincing result is noticeable in a short period of time. The zircon framework is ready for the veneering.

Anything is possible! 1

14 Member bridges are just as simple to manufacture as small constructions or individual abutments.

2

3

With visio.lign, you have a veneeringcapable construction and security-lock system for conditionally removable dentures.

4

Individual abutments can be transferred to zircon quickly and easily with compoForm UV. For this, abutments are suitable for the SKY uni.fit.

Even bar constructions, prepared for a splinting with Friction Splint FS1, can be easily manufactured in the lab.

There are things that aren’t possible with CAD/ CAM. The flexibility and technical freedom possible with the 5 Motion System convinces through its diversity.

For denture applications, the cleanliness of the material ranks first and foremost.

The Material The pure state processing of zirconium dioxide is very sophisticated and it entirely determines the quality of potential ceramic products made of this base substance. The zirconium dioxide is stabilized with yttrium oxide. This special material has been established for some time now; its special applicability as a framework ceramics for the dental high-performance area has been proven in various studies. The monoclinic symmetry of the zirconium dioxide is established at just under 1000° C. The yttrium oxide plays a critical role in creating the situation where the tetragonal phase also exists at room temperature (Tetragonal Zirconia Polycrystals). An effective force or a crevice can locally damage the structure of the ceramic, which would then cause a mutation in the monoclinic frame due to the compressive stress. The monoclinic areas take on a bigger volume than the tetragonal. The crevice propagation is inhibited or stopped by the occlusion. This desired healing mechanism contributes to the lasting consistency of this ceramic.

Transformed zirconium dioxide grain: - monoclinic - volume increase - retards crack propagation

Material Characteristics A normative requirement of the DIN EN 6872 for dental ceramics is the mechanical consistency, for example, the bending strength according to diverse methods. With that, the collapse load is determined according to predefined guidelines for the sake of making comparisons. Usually, there is a statistic evaluation of the determined collapse load via a so-called Weibull statistic. Via this formalism, you can calculate values for the consistency of the ceramics and for die safety of the ceramics - the Weibull module. The higher the rapid hardening and the higher the Weibull value, the better. In addition, the norm establishes limits of radioactivity and chemical solubility and other characteristics. Certification In order to be able to offer high-value medical products and clearly define the difference between industrial products made of zirconium dioxide, it is obligatory to obtain a certification and accreditation; that includes being able to adhere to the gapless traceability of the blanc to the material supplier. Diverse zirconium dioxides are not suitable for the area of medical application since, for example, the normative requirements for purity or radioactivity cannot be upheld.
