WHO WE ARE PayLink Global was founded in 2006 with a focus on introducing various payment collection facilities for Operators of services and goods. At the current moment we collect payments for representatives of following industries: 1. Cellular operators 2. Telecommuncations 3. Internet, Cable TV 4. Municipal services 5. Banking We have started our pilot project with the largest cellular operator in Central Asia-KCell (Subsidiary of TurkCell). Right now we represent 40% of all payments collected for KCell. With our network of 10,000 payment kiosks installed in the country we collected 400 million in 2008 with forecasts of doubling this figure in 2009.

PAYMENT SYSTEM HOW IT WORKS Clients use any of the available interfaces (Payment kiosks, E-PC, POS terminal, Smartphone) to select a service he wants to pay for. Client provides cash and cash is immediately converted to e-money and is accrued to client’s account or cell phone number.

Using our dealers system we build large networks in a very short period of time. Most of our points of sale operate 24 hours 7 days a week. Our monitoring system allows us to keep control of the whole network from one office. Our payment interfaces are affordable, can be installed easily and do not require any specific conditions but access to electricity.

Our R&D is always open to new solutions, right now we offer our Billers opportunities to use card dispensers, ticket printing, scanners, (i.e.passport) fingerprint readers in our payment kiosks. We look forward to resolve any specific issues for our client convenience.
