To access the 123-reg control panel, just visit http://www.123-reg.co.uk/. At the top of each screen you will see a big button Control Panel Home.

Enter your login details and click on the LOG IN button.

You will now be logged into your 123-regcontrol panel.

Once you are logged into your 123-reg user control panel, scroll down to the VPS section and click on the Manage link.

You will now see the VPS Overview, it will show you all the VPS services you have in your account.

To manage an individual VPS click on the Manage link for the VPS you wish to manage.

Here it will display the current status of your server and allow you to access the control panel on your server by clicking on the Login to your VPS link.

From the Manage VPS Tab you can configure your VPS to meet your needs if and when they change.

1. From the Manage VPS Tab click on the Change OS link next to Operating system under the Server Information section.

2. Select the operating system you wish to change to from the drop down list.

3. When the required operating system option is selected click on the Reimage VPS button to complete

Please Note: All data will be lost when the VPS server is reimaged.

1. From the Manage VPS Tab click on the Upgrade CPU/ RAM/ HDD link found next to the component you wish to upgrade.

2. Use the slider option to select the appropriate upgrade.

3. Click on the Add to basket button and complete the upgrade by following the payment process and your upgrade is complete.

Please Note: Your VPS server will reboot following an upgrade.

1. From the Manage VPS Tab click on the Upgrade FTP link found next to FTP (Backup Storage space).

2. Use the slider option to select the appropriate upgrade.

3. Click on the Add to basket button and complete the upgrade by following the payment process and your upgrade is complete.

Please Note: Your upgrade will take effect immediately.

1. From the Manage VPS Tab click on the Change link under the Billing Details section.

2. Click on the Yes button to change to Monthly/Annual billing.

3. Your billing cycle will now be changed.

Please Note: The change will take effect at the end of your annual or monthly contract.

Here is where you will find a display of all the IP address information relating to your VPS.

1. From the IP Tab click on the Buy more IP addresses button.

2. Choose how many additional IP addresses you wish to order.

3. Click on the Add to basket button and complete the order by following the payment process.

1. From the IP Tab click on the Assign a new IP address button.

2. Select a domain to assign to the IP from the drop down list. Then click on the Assign Domain button.

3. Click on the Yes button to confirm.

Here you will see the usage information of your VPS, allowing you to monitor the vitals of your VPS.

The Console Tab displays the status of your VPS and allows you to manage the power state of your VPS. You can even rebuild your VPS and revert it to an as new state. Important: Rebuilding your VPS will delete all your data.

Here you will see a display of any FTP Backup storage you have purchased for your VPS and monitor its usage.
