Located on level 1 of Hotel CBD, this one - hatted restaurant is a perfect culinary collaboration between Merivale and acclaimed chef Jeremy Strode. A modern dining room that features a sweeping spiral staircase and natural light flooding in from large gallery windows, Bistrode CBD’s pinstriped fabric chairs and dark wood tables complete a sophisticated yet warm feel.
