Must Have Supplies:  ● 24 #2 ​ yellow​  pencils – ​ Ticonderoga is Teacher preferred (NOT mechanical pencils please)  ● 4 large pink erasers  ● 4 large glue sticks  ● 1 box of crayons (16 or 24 count)   ● 1 pair of scissors  ● 1 school box for school supplies  ● 1 folder with pockets  ● 2 spiral notebooks (1 Subject, Wide Ruled  ● 2 boxes of Kleenex  If you can, please provide:  ● 1 Pair of headphones/earbuds (inexpensive)  ● 1 container of Lysol or Clorox cleaning wipes  ● 1 box of ​ crackers​  for snack to share ​ (please nothing with nuts or peanut butter due to  allergies and please no fruit snacks or cookies) 

● 1 ream of computer/printer paper  ● 1 pack Wide Ruled Notebook paper      Recommended Summer Program:​  Student tend to lose what they don’t use. The  students who read, write and practice math on a regular basis over the summer  months begin their second grade year with more ease and confidence.  ● Reading – Read EVERY day for a minimum of 15 minutes.  ● Writing – We recommend a summer journal. Write at least 2 or 3 sentences  every day. Please encourage capitals, periods, neatness and sentences that  make sense.  ● Math –Practice addition and subtraction facts through 18.   Have a fun and safe summer! See you in September. ​ ☺
