HOTEL DOG SHOW GUIDELINES (Note: The Holiday Inn Six Flags hosts many dog show guests. Viola on could result in a Bench Show Commi ee hearing. Guests must follow the rules below. •A maximum of four (4) dogs allowed per room. •Guests will be charged a one‐ me non‐refundable dog fee of$35.00 per stay. This fee applies to all guests •Dogs le una ended in a guest room must be in a crate. Plas c shee ng must be placed under each crate in the guest room area. •Hotel guests with dogs in the room need to use the special door hanger provided by the hotel. This hanger will help the housekeeping staff. Housekeeping will not enter the room unless the door hanger is present. • Housekeeping must be allowed to clean a guest room (with dogs) at least every 2 days. Guests who have special requests (i.e.: a certain me of the day that room will be vacant) can discuss these with the housekeeping staff upon arrival. • Owners/exhibitors should bring their own toweling for bathing the dogs. A daily inventory for missing or damaged towels will be taken. Any necessary charges will be applied to the guest. • Bathing and/or grooming of dogs in or right outside the guest room is not allowed. The hotel will impose a $100 penalty to anyone found grooming in this manner. The hotel has a groom‐ ing facility on the grounds, which will be available for use. Grooming is not allowed on any sidewalks. • The individual guest will be responsible for any damage to a guest room or any hotel property. This includes, but is not limited to, replacement costs for carpe ng if odors or stains cannot be removed with tradi onal cleaning methods. • Dogs are to be on leash at all mes when out of the guest room. • The hotel and the show commi ee will inves gate any problem areas that are outlined above. Any guest not following the above guidelines will be asked to check out of the hotel without refund. •Dogs are not allowed in the following public areas: the lobby, restaurant, lounge, Holidome, and the respec ve hallways to the areas listed. • There will be a $100 fee for any removal of guest room furniture. All furniture must remain in the room at all mes. • Extension cords are not allowed to be plugged in to rooms from a vehicle, trailer, or camper in the parking lot. The following apply to the guest room reserva on policies: Room Assignment is at the discre on of the hotel. Special requests, such as drive up rooms, will be granted on a first‐come, first‐serve basis. This basis is in reference to the date the room was reserved, not the date the guest arrives. Our hotel cannot guarantee any special request. We will, however try our best to meet your wishes.

Attention Exhibitors
The Show Site will be available for RV/CAMPER PARKING ONLY at 3:00pm, Sunday May 15, 2016. SPACE WILL BE RESERVED. RV/camper parking in designated areas only and will be directed by grounds personnel. No hookups will be run inside building. Sewer and electric (30 amp and 50 amp) will be available through the hook ‐ups in the Purina Event Center lot. Preferred arrival time for RVs is Sunday after 3 PM. The building will be available to exhibitors at 6:00pm on Sunday, May 15, 2016. This is for set up ONLY. NO DOGS IN BUILDING SUNDAY EVENING.
The building will be open at 6:00am Monday, May 16, 2016. All doors will be locked at 10:00 pm each night. There will be overnight security. Any dog staying overnight in the building must have a notecard on its crate clearly displaying a cell phone number of the owner and/or handler in case of emergency. Exhibitors may not be in the building after the building closes for the night. Dogs must be removed from the show site immediately following Best of Breed judging on Friday, May 20, 2016.
NO GROOMING OUTSIDE OF THE GATEWAY HALL GROOMING AREA
NO SOFT CRATES, PRIVATE EXERCISE PENS, 3X3 PUPPY PENS OR MATS PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING. SCOOT‐ ERS ARE PERMITTED FOR HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS ONLY.
If it is necessary to rescue a dog from a parked car on the show grounds, the club will not be responsible or liable for any damage to the car involved. No Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) in the Building.
No outside food or beverage is allowed on the Purina Farms property. Violators will be report‐ ed to AKC. No catalogs will be given away. No advertising or flyers may be placed without permission of the show‐giving clubs and Purina Farms.
Clean‐up •Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up a er their dogs. This includes properly disposing of waste and using designated relief areas and the public x‐pen area on the East side of the Gateway Hall for all elimina on needs. •Designated sta ons throughout the facility should be used appropriately (i.e. watering sta on should not be used for waste or other materials)
RV Lots •Any RVs arriving before the designated set up me will have to park in an open spot in the overflow RV lot or at the Outdoor Agility Field. Quiet hours are from 11p.m. – 6a.m. No RVs may move in during designated quiet hours. •Spaces in the overflow lot are free and first‐come; first‐served (spaces 11‐44). •Only cars (max of 2) affiliated with the RVs parked in the spots will be allowed to park in the same spot in the RV lot. Any cars not affiliated with the RVs in the spots will be asked to move or be towed at the owner’s ex‐ pense. •In case of a medical emergency in the RV lot in the evening or a er hours, exhibitors needing medical a en‐ on should leave the lights on their RVs allowing the response team to easily iden fy the appropriate vehicle. •If you choose to grill near your camper, then please let the coals burn out overnight, bag them the next day and put them in a trash barrel.
Vehicles •Exhibitors may not bring or use motorized vehicles on the property unless a medical condi on requires the use of one. Documenta on must be presented upon request by Purina Farms staff. A club can rent motorized vehicles for Club use to help shu le exhibitors around the property. •Golf carts may not be parked on sidewalks.
Dogs •No dogs are allowed, except for service dogs: In the Checkerboard Café, on the second floor of the Purina Event Center (unless given prior permission) and in any restroom or human bathing area. •All dogs are required to be on‐leash at Purina Farms at all mes (except when crated or as required to be judged) •No swimming (dogs and people) allowed in any ponds on the property •No dogs should be le una ended in the off‐leash exercise areas or the public outdoor x‐pens around the property
Parking •No parking is allowed in the following areas: Fire lanes, inside either Hall (No vehicles are allowed to drive inside either hall) or on the sidewalks leading into either Hall except where loading and unloading is designated. In addi on, no driving is allowed on sidewalks. Driving or parking on any grass at Purina Farms is prohibited All exhibitors must abide by the 15‐minute unloading/loading parking me limit designated around the Purina Event Center

General •No helium balloons allowed in either Hall. No gli er or confe allowed in the facility. •No Duct Tape to be used in the facility. Only painter’s tape or gaffer’s tape may be used. •Alcohol may not be brought to the Purina Farms Visitor Center. •No exercise pens allowed around the front and back of the Purina Event Center or the grassy area adjacent to the East side of the Gateway Hall. Overall, exercise pens around the perimeter of the en re building are strong‐ ly discouraged. Any exercise pens on designated grassy areas should not have a flooring/covering to prevent damage to the grass. •All exhibitors and their dogs must remain on the part of the property owned by Purina Farms. Trespassing on Purina Animal Nutri on property is forbidden. Purina Farms and Purina Animal Nutri on are not affiliated. Property map showing divisions can be provided upon request. •Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all mes, when on the grounds (including the Purina Farms Visitor Center and especially on the balcony at the Purina Event Center). •Exhibitors accept personal liability with respect to any claim made in respect to any damage or injury caused by their dog/s or dogs in their possession. •No selling of puppies or dogs on the premises. •Smoking, including the use of electronic cigare es, is prohibited in buildings. •No hun ng or swimming is allowed. •Weapons of any kind, illegal drugs and fireworks are not permi ed on the premises.
Special Notes: Purina Event Center staff reserves the right to refuse entry to any party/person or animal and retains the right to remove any person or persons and/or any animal from the premises in order to ensure the safety of any and all visitors, including dogs and cats. Exhibitors indemnify Purina, the affiliated person/s or businesses conduc ng the event, against any and all claims of arising that may be leveled against them, jointly or severally, in respect to any damage, injury or loss to persons, pets and/or property.
INCLEMENT WEATHER In the event a severe weather or tornado warning is issued for the immediate area, Site Security will no fy the Purina Farms management team. The team will no fy guests, par cipants and exhibitors of an impending weather event via the public address system inside the building and via the storm siren and announcements outside the building. Guests, visitors and exhibitors will be asked to seek cover in place in designated areas. Designated areas to seek cover, marked as severe weather shelter areas, include the center hallway of the Purina Event Center, the inside wall of Gateway Hall and the South stairwell. A er the weather event ends, Purina Farms management teams will announce all clear.

RULES FOR OVERNIGHT GUESTS Welcome to Purina Farms. We want your experience here to be as enjoyable as possible. To help ensure this, we ask that all visitors conduct themselves in a courteous and respec ul manner in and out of the show ring. For your dogs’ safety, they should be leashed or crated unless compe ng in an event. Camping is only allowed in the designated RV areas on the property. No tent camping on the property. Ad‐ vanced arrangements need to be made with Purina Farms management to stay overnight on the property past the last day of the event you’re a ending. As good neighbors, please keep all equipment, extra cars (max of 2), etc. in your assigned area and dispose of all trash in receptacles provided. For safety reasons no campfires are allowed. Purina Farms is a “family friendly” facility and public intoxica on is prohibited. Cars, vans and RV’s are only allowed on designated roadways and parking areas. See the “vehicle” sec on of the rules for details about other motorized vehicles. We ask that you stay within the designated show site, which is the property owned by Nestle Purina.
