Please find below all the information you will need in advance of your stay. Location details and map The Forum sessions will be held in the Madinat Arena within the Convention Centre at the Madinat resort. The exhibition, lunches and all refreshment breaks will be also be in the Covention Centre. The Welcome and Gala dinners will be held at the Events Arena which is outside the Jumeirah Beach hotel. Hotel accommodation: Please note there are no more rooms available at the Madinat Jumeirah resort at the GPCA rate. We have managed to secure some rooms at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel from November 26th to 30th 2012 (4 nights) at a rate of AED 1,500++ for deluxe room per room per night. Please note this hotel is not on the Madinat resort but there are shuttle buses provided by the hotel, please ask at check in for more details. Registration: Registration will open at 09.00 on Tuesday 27 November 2012 and the optional preconference seminar will start at 14:00. Delegates will also be able to register from 08.00 on Wednesday 28 November 2012 with the main conference programme starting at 09.00. Registration will take place in the pre-function area of the Madinat Area in the conference centre. You will be sent a bar code shortly before the event, please bring this with you, either printed or on a smart phone, to speed up your registration experience. When you register onsite you will receive your badge and a delegate bag containing the conference agenda and venue information. For security reasons you will be required to wear your badge at all times and will be not be allowed access to the conference centre or any other event activites such as dinners, without your badge. Please note: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the venue and content, or the timing of the programme. Payment: Payment may be made by credit card at the time of booking or by invoice if requested and agreed by us. Payment is required before the event, if your invoice has not been paid before the event you will be asked to pay at the Registration Desk before you can enter the event. Payment must also be made in full for cancellations made within 31 days of the event date. If you are paying by cheque or bank transfer for your delegate fee, we would be grateful if you would quote both your invoice and account number (see invoice). When making your hotel reservation, please indicate that you need a visa and the hotel will contact you. It is recommended that you apply for your visa as early as possible and at least 31 days before the conference.

If your cancellation is more than 31 days before the event date we will at your option accept a substitute at no extra cost (please see substitute section below) or refund 75% of the applicable delegate fee. If your cancellation is less than 31 days before the event date a substitute will be accepted but no refund will be given. Failure to attend the event counts as a cancellation. Substitutions: If any delegate is unable to attend we will accept a substitute delegate at no extra cost. Please also advise if the substitute delegate has any special dietary or access requirements. Insurance: Delegates are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance. We accept no responsibility for travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of cancellation or postponement of the event. We accept no liability for any other loss, including incidental or consequential loss, in excess of the amount paid for the booking. Dress Code: Dress code for the seminar is business attire, business casual or national dress.
