2 INSTALLATION AND SETUP 1.1 PRE-INSTALLATION CHECKS 1.
Check the packing list to insure that you have all the parts for the dock configuration you are planning to build. Insure you have the desired type of deck.
2.
If any parts are missing or damaged, contact your local supplier or Reimann & Georger Corporation. Do NOT assemble the dock if any part shows any signs of damage.
3.
Do not weld or otherwise modify any part of the dock assembly. Such alterations may weaken the structural integrity of the dock and void the warranty.
4.
Check water depth every ten feet where each support post will be located.
5.
Do not assemble the dock stairs without first reviewing all the safety procedures described in Chapter 1.
1.2 STAIRS ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: FAILURE TO APPLY A SUITABLE LUBRICANT TO THE MATING SURFACES OF STAINLESS STEEL THREADED FASTENERS MAY CAUSE GALLING AND/OR SEIZING OF ASSEMBLY. 1.
Refer to Figure 1-1. Assemble the two intermediate stair rungs first and the stairs side rung supports. Use bolts (B), flat washers (G) & nylock nuts (D). Make sure a flat washer is installed between each aluminum tube members.
2.
Refer to Figure 1-1. Assemble the upper and lower stair rungs and the stairs side rung supports. Use bolts (A), flat washers (G) & nylock nuts (D). Make sure a flat washer is installed between each aluminum tube members.
3.
Refer to Figure 1-2. Assemble the two hand rails. Use bolts (A), flat washers (G) & nylock nuts (D). Make sure a flat washer is installed on the bolt head & the nut.
4.
Refer to Figure 1-3. Assemble the two stairs support extension legs. Install the ½-13 square nut (E) into the capture nut housing and install the ½-13 x 1-3/4 bolt (C).
5.
Refer to Figure 1-3. Assemble the two foot plates to the stairs support extension legs. Use bolts (F), flat washer (G) and nut (D).
6.
Refer to Figure 1-3. Insert foot plate and support leg into the lower rung support. Adjust the leg height and lock down with ½-13 x 1-3/4 bolt.
7.
Refer to Figure 1-4. Install the stair assembly to the dock using the mounting support clamp (4). Use bolts (F), flat washer (G) and nut (D).

TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Reimann & Georger Corporation Marine Products This product is warranted by RGC Marine Products to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired or replaced (with the same or similar model) at our option, without charge for either parts or labor when serviced at RGC Marine Products. Upon completion of repair, the unit will be returned to the customer freight prepaid. The warranty will not apply to this product if it has been misused, abused, or altered. NEITHER THIS WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMIPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
