TRIVIUM SYSTEMS SonicView™ Call Recording and CallAnalyst™ Call Reporting Solutions Compatible with Samsung OfficeServ™ 7200 & 7400 Systems Samsung Telecommunication America is pleased to announce to our dealers and distributors that TriVium Systems has completed interoperability testing of their SonicView™ Call Recording and CallAnalyst™ Solutions with our OfficeServ 7000 system platforms.

Before proposing the TriVium solutions mentioned below take note of the following OfficeServ System requirements. Make sure these requirements are included in your proposals. 1.

Advise using the soon to be released V4.60 software. This version supports Network Time Protocol (NTP) so the OfficeServ system clock (MP) and the server running the TriVium SonicView Trunk-side Recording solution are both synchronized. If you want to use these applications on OfficeServ MP V4.53c you will need to install the GWIMT or GPLIM that will use NTP and then send the time to the system MP. SonicView IP Station-side Recording solution requires OfficeServ Open TSP application. It can run on the same server as the SonicView application. Server must meet TriVium specifications. E911 Security Notification (ESN) solution requires OfficeServ Open TSP application. It can run on the same server as the SonicView application. Server must meet TriVium specifications. TriVium SonicView Trunk-side Recording (if extension on the call need to be reported) and CallAnalyst solutions both require the OfficeServ SMDR output to the same server IP address the application is running on. SMDR output can only be directed to one IP address so it cannot be used at another device with a different IP address.
