Rules & Regulations: Who can go: All members of ATAA, ATAA-BOD and ATAA-BOT. Groups size is limited to 24 participants. ATAA allows non-members to apply to join this trip, based on availability of seats, and provided that such applicants become due-paying ATAA members; donate $1,000 to ATAA prior to purchasing this package tour; and they have no track record of acting against the interests of the Turkish American community. ATAA reserves the right to deny service to anyone without reason. This heritage tour is designed to boost ATAA’s finances while increasing ATAA’s visibility in Turkey, improving America’s image in Turkey and Turkey’s image and visibility in America, with the hopes and expectations of making positive contributions to Turkiye-USA relations, bringing Turkish and American people closer together while helping boost the Turkish-American trade. Any conduct not becoming these goals will not be tolerated by ATAA leadership. Rules of Civilized Conduct: 1) Flexibility: Due to very high profile of the people and popularity of the places to be visited, all meeting times, places, and names of people shown in the program below may be changed by ATAA, within or beyond its control, with little or no advance notice. Being flexible is the key to the success of this program. There will be divided into three subgroups: yellow, blue, and green, each with a van and a driver. Subgroups may be directed to alternative meetings when last minute requests for meetings overlap with programmed ones. 2) Professionalism: The ATAA delegates shall exert, throughout this trip, their best efforts to present the appearance of a well-dressed, well-mannered, kind, gentle, professional, and respectful people. ATAA president shall be allowed to enter meeting halls first, followed by BOD & BOT members. During photo-ops, the places to the right and left of the dignitary visited shall be reserved, to the extent possible, for the ATAA president, past president, and president elect, and chairman of BOT. 3) Punctuality: The ATAA delegates shall abide, at all times, by the rules of this ATAA-Tour called “ANATOLIA BECKONS” and the instructions of the ATAA president. All participants shall be on time for all meetings, starting with breakfasts and ending with retiring to

hotel rooms after dinner. Being late to any event means one doesn’t participate in that event. If one cannot make a meeting or has to attend another program then one is expected to call the president to let him know of the change at all times. 4) No personal business: Attempts to conduct personal business with any of the dignitaries to be visited by ATAA shall not be permitted. No exceptions. 5) Discipline: Only the ATAA president and the people he designates from time to time shall be allowed to interface with media. The messages given shall reflect the letter and spirit of ATAA values, vision, and mission, as such are reasonably documented in ATAA literature. ATAA delegates will not be allowed to set up their own separate interviews or meetings during this trip. No loud or offensive language or gestures will be used by anyone at anytime as such may offend the sensibilities of Turkish public opinion. Such unacceptable behavior, as described in item 5 above, that can destroy ATAA’s image, shall not be tolerated. The committee of presidents, made up of Kirlikovali, Evinch, and Celebi, will take the following measures immediately: First offense = verbal warning ; Second offense = one day suspension; Third offense = expulsion from the tour. If such measures are taken, there shall be no compensation by ATAA of any kind to anyone for the missed segment of the tour.

Acceptance of all the rules, terms and conditions: One is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms and conditions above if one decides to buy the package tour at the prices indicated in CIS number 158 of September 22, 2011.
