Pankaj Maini Fidelity Worldwide Investment

Pankaj Maini is currently the Associate Director – Compensation and Benefits, HR Services and International Assignments at Fidelity Worldwide Investment. He has more than 16 years of experience in payroll, compensation and benefits, HR services / operations, trust management, MIS and taxation, statutory including labour law compliances. Previously, he has worked with organisations like Accenture, eFunds International and DHL. He has been facilitated with leadership awards for displaying excellence in leadership and creating a high performance work environment at Fidelity. Uday Burra Sapient Uday Burra is currently the Director – People Strategy at Sapient where he is responsible for spearheading people strategy for Sapient global markets for the over 3 years. In this role, he works closely with the Sapient global markets delivery centers in India and is responsible for creating and leading people strategy to enable business strategy Uday has around two decades of work experience in the area of human resources and has worked extensively in IT and ITeS Industry. Prior to joining Sapient, Uday worked with Dell for over 8 years and played leadership roles in setting two of their ITeS set ups in Hyderabad and Mohali. He has worked in leadership positions in HR business partner, talent acquisition and talent development functions. Kulin Patel Towers Watson

Kulin Patel is the Director – Client Account Management for Towers Watson India’s Employee Benefits practice. He is an industry expert with 17 years of experience in the global pension sector. Kulin is responsible for managing key client accounts for the Towers Watson India team to deliver value added actuarial and employee benefits consulting to both domestic and multi-national companies.

He joined Towers Watson from Capita Hartshead in London, where he was in-charge of the Actuarial Service Delivery function. Prior to that, Kulin worked for Eckler Partners Ltd, Toronto, Canada providing actuarial consulting on pension and non-pension benefits issues, including accounting for post-employment benefits under FAS87 and CICA3461.

Nishant Watel Towers Watson Nishant Watel is a Consultant with Towers Watson’s Talent & Rewards practice and is based in Gurgaon. He leads the BPO Industry vertical for the Data Services segment for the firm in India. His area of expertise lies in compensation and benefit policy benchmarking, where he has worked on customized surveys across a diverse set of industries. Recently, he has successfully managed compensation benchmarking surveys for a leading multinational Bank Captive (back office), one of India’s largest LPOs and a fast growing business process solutions and analytics company. He has played a key role in managing one of the first customized compensation & general policies benchmarking survey conducted for a High Commission. Nishant has worked with a leading FMCG brand in India on developing their job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, pay range design and their financial implications. He is also a certified and accredited user of Towers Watson’s Global Grading System. Before joining Towers Watson, Nishant worked with Aon Hewitt and was part of the Consulting Operations team which supported geographies like US, Canada and Europe. He has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Planning & Management.

Raghav Datta Towers Watson

Raghav Datta is the Rewards Leader for Towers Watson, India. He leads the strategy and delivery of the Rewards Practice across India. He is majorly involved in client management and service delivery on the firm’s key accounts. Prior to his current role, Raghav has held HR leadership positions with organizations like SAP and Dell. He has been involved in helping clients design, structure and benchmark their total reward programs. He played a vital role in managing and incubating SAP’s – Global Delivery Consulting. He has also played an instrumental role in setting up DELL’s first US tech support in north India – Mohali. He has worked on extensive HR transformation projects across geographies and global / nationalised organizations. His client work includes projects in the area of compensation rewards, executive compensation, total reward design, organisation measurement, short term incentive plans, flexible benefits, benefits harmonisation, and conducting HR audits. Raghav holds Honours in Political Science from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
