Temple Spa High Performance Facials (Woodcote Park Only) This collection of designer facials has been created to instantly lift, firm, tighten and tone the skin. A course of six or 12 treatments is available for ‘Need a Prescription?’ and ‘Need a Spring Clean?’ These four specialist facial treatments offer a non-surgical solution to speed up cellular activity, increase collagen production and re-educate the muscle fibres. Specialist Therapies Osteopathy (Woodcote Park Only) Osteopathy is a hands-on therapy, which includes a full consultation and examination. Diagnosis is achieved by observing the alignment of your skeleton and muscles and the treatment is based on treating the cause of your symptoms. This holistic approach may include soft tissue techniques, articulation, manipulation, cranial osteopathy, strapping/taping, exercises and stretches.
