Use of perforated metal sheets PERFO LINEA perforated metal sheets find a wide range of application in various branches of industry, especially: Engineering: machine and system components, stiffeners, fittings and racks etc. Building: building cladding, facades, decorative false-ceilings, balustrades, balcony panels, arcades and sunbreakers, windows blinds, gates, fences, screens, grates, safety covering, grates, acoustic panels, ventilation, diffusers and airoutlets, cable troughs and heaters etc. Automotive, Air & Transport: lorries, buses, trains, underground trains, ships, airbag traps, loud-speaker covers and car tuning etc.

The main advantages of the PERFO LINEA brand are in-house custom manufacturing as well as having the biggest distribution warehouse for perforated sheet metal items in the Czech Republic. PERFO LINEA has at its disposal a complete range of mo-

dern machines and a wide assortment of production tools. This is why we are very flexible in terms of custom-made order deliveries and also mass production. Perforation can be performed on sheets or coils. The sheets can be flattened and surface

treated (more on page 3). There are many kinds of perforation – round, square, slot, decorative, anti-skid or special. Be creative. We are ready to bring your ideas to life!

MATERIALS •Mild steel (DC01, S235 ÷ S355) Acceptable price of material, good for surface treatment – powder coating, hot deep galvanising and painting etc.

•Stainless steel Long lifespan guarantee, no corrosion. This is used in pharmaceutical, food and chemical operations, which place high demands on hygienic regulations and also in modern architecture.

•Galvanised steel (DX51D + Z) This is mild steel coated with zinc. It is good for surface treatment – with powder coatings or paints. Regularly used in the field of air-conditioning, ventilation and antinoise walls and cabins.

•Aluminium Aluminium is characterised by its light weight and long lifespan as well as it not being plagued by corrosion. For the perfect end result, this material can be treated with eloxal or powder coating.

CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS

Mild steel: max 12 mm Stainless steel: max 8 mm Non-ferrous metals e. g. aluminium, copper, brass and other materials such as PVC, cardboard, paper can be perforated after testing on a sample.

We are able to produce a wide range of perforated products. We recommend you send a drawing or design. You can find examples of production possibilities on pages: 8, 9 and 10.

Expanded metal sheets are used in general engineering, building, agriculture, transport and food industries etc. Expanded metal can in some cases substitute perforated metal sheet. It can be delivered in formatted sheets or coils with a material thickness of up to 6mm. We offer more than 100 items in stock. We are able to deliver decorative, micro and expanded metal sheet products. We currently provide custom-made orders and professional consultation. •Steel gratings and treads Steel gratings and treads are construction elements. They can be delivered in a pressed and welded form. The surface can be

anti-skid modified. Most frequent usage: stairs, foot bridges, bridges. The surface can be hot deep galvanized, natural, macerated or polished stainless steel. It is also possible to supply composite materials gratings. More than 40 items are available in stock incl. all components. We currently provide custom-made orders and professional consultation. •Steel conveyor belts Steel conveyor belts are used for fluent transfer of various materials and products. Steel conveyor belts can be found in chocolate factories, bakeries, driers and glassworks. Thanks to their high-temperature resistance (from -50ºC to +1200 ºC),
