Booking File List Booking file list provides enhanced features above and beyond that of the hosts LD entry or search option in Relay’s queue management companion. Options include:        

Expansion of the origins to include up to four origins. Expansion of the destinations to include up to four destinations. Search for up to three agent Sign-ons. Up to four PCCs can be searched Class codes can be limited to included four specified classes. Class codes can be set to exclude up to four codes. Results can be exported to Excel (Office 2010 required). Screen results and Excel export includes: record locator, creation date, segment date, lead passenger name, ticket number, fare currency, fare amount and PNR creator.

Installing Booking File List Booking File List is an optional product within the Travelport portfolio. Access to download the software will be provided by the customer’s sales representative.

Prerequisites Microsoft Windows XP or later. Galileo Desktop version 2. Microsoft Windows installer 3.0 or later. Microsoft .NET 4.0 Microsoft Excel version 14 (Office 2010)

Installation Details  

Booking File List is a single file .msi install package and uses a standard windows installation wizard. Booking File List installs into the sub directories of Program Files or Program Files (x86).

Installation Steps  



Close Galileo desktop. Run the MSI file and click next to step through the installation process. o Note. if the file has been emailed to you will need to rename it before you can run it. Typically the file name on email will end either “.ex_” or “.ms_” and they should be renamed to either “.exe” or “.msi”. Restart Galileo desktop.

Using Booking File List Starting Booking File List Booking File List can be started by: 

Clicking on its icon in the toolbar.

 

In Galileo Desktop type #BFL In Smartpoint type # BFL

Getting started Before launching Booking File List ensure you are signed into Galileo and if using service bureau please ensure you have emulated.

Using the application Once the application has loaded the following screen is shown.

Output destination selection The application support outputs to queue, to the configured printability printer (P-) and to the screen, output to Excel is achieved from the screen display. Select the appropriate radio button to direct the output to the desired location. Queue -places any matching booking files on the selected PCC’s Queue.

Printability -output is printed on P- printer. Screen - output is shown on screen with additional options to print to a local windows printer or export to Excel.

Additional Criteria Additional Criteria supports three options: All – no filtering is applied and all results are returned. Market – Market supports filtering by Carriers, Origin and Destinations or combinations of all three.

Flight – allows the selection of a single flight e.g. BA123.

Additional Search Criteria Additional search criteria allows a greater level of granularity on the search by supporting the following options:

Starting Date – date from which to search. End Date – date to end the search. Account Code – searches for PNRs with the specified Account code. Agent Sign on – 2 letter sign on used to create the PNR Pseudo – PCC the PNR was created in. Look for these class codes only – if checked allows the user to specify 4 class codes to narrow the results by. Do not look for these class codes – if checked allows the user to narrow the results by excluding up to 4 class codes.
