 Investment advantages: o The spa generates about 26 000 overnight stays per year, o Capacity use is 100% (indicating the need for capacity expansion), o Proximity of Andricgrad and Mokra Gora – Šargan Eight (Serbia).

SPA TOURISM Investment Project: Terme Ozren Spa Center Petrovo from 440,000.00 EUR

 Terme Ozren Spa Center is located in Petrovo. Infrastructure: swimming pool, playfields for children, and restaurant.  Thermal mineral water relieves rheumatism, psoriasis, sinus and backbone diseases, as well as high blood pressure.

3,100,000.00 EUR  Slatina-Ljesljani Spa Center is located at the very border with the European Union, in the municipality of Novi Grad.

 Thermal mineral water is suitable for treatment of skin conditions and can be used for cosmetic purposes.  Center owners, private company Kozaraputevi offers direct sales or public-private partnership.  The Investment Project proposes construction of accommodation capacities and other facilities.  Project value is 3,100,000.00 euro. It was declared national park in 1962, and became a member of the European Park Federation in 1984
