Characteristics: ¾ Servo motor driven web. ¾ Touch screen for the programming and control of the operations as listed below: 9 Adjustment of the bag length. 9 Alternating bag length feature for staggering seals to avoid the self welding of seals, suitable also for printed material associated with use on heavier films. The stagger is adjustable on the touch screen up to 12 mm. 9 Repeat weld (to seal twice on the same bag) with the possibility to retard the film in order to make a stronger seal or to have two separate seals at the bottom of the bag, movement 0.5 mm. 9 Dwell automatic and adjustable variation of the speed during the cycle in order to obtain a longer sealing time. 9 Preheat facility will retard the film 20 mm on machine start up, cycle the machine to the value set by the touch screen ( 0 to 20 ) allowing sealing wires time to heat, then advance the film 20 mm , seal and deliver to length. 9 Full cam control within the PLC with access via the keypad with a pass number. 9 Machine set up via the touch screen with a pass number.

¾ Rear capstan feed roller driven by a 1.5 kW AC motor and inverter, controlled by an angular dancing bar with weight. ¾ Static eliminator bars. ¾ Two welding bars for bottom welding. ¾ Electrical panel PLC controlled. ¾ Bag cut-off system consisting of a continuously running razor blade which provides uniform cutting of most gauges and film types with easy multi-web operation. ¾ Pneumatic system with reservoir receiver to provide sufficient air to finger bars for air cushion bag delivery. ¾ Top air bar has individual fingers for replacement without removal of the complete bar.

Warranty : ¾ Mechanical parts: 9 12 months if the customer works 12 hrs/day for 20 days in the month, or 9 4 months if working 24 hrs/day (2880 hrs). ¾ Electrical and electronic parts: 9 6 months if the customers works 12 hrs/day for 20 days in the month, or 9 2 months if working 24 hrs/day (1440 hrs).
