SAFETY ASSAY MATS AND TRAYS
Three styles of assay mats are offered to control the spread of a variety of liquid laboratory waste. Each style has a label to indicate any necessary disposal provisions, The Radioassay Mat is clearly marked with the intemational symbol for radioactivity. It isolates liquid waste, warns of the presence of radioactive materials and helps to ensure proper disposal. The Biohazard Mat is marked with the intemational biohazardous symbol. It is used when working with body fluids, tissue samples, pathogens or other biohazardous materials The Assay Mat has no symbols; however, it can absorb environmentally-safe liquids that do not require special disposal precautions. All three styles are made of fire-retardant nonwoven rayon, cellulose filler and a water resistant polyethylene backing. The mats are 173/4” x 23 1/2”, A work tray is available for use with the mats. These acrylic holders keep assay mats organized and within easy reach. The acrylic units are 16”X10”X6” in size, hold 35- 5-1/4” X 8-1/2” folded mats (mats unfold to 17-3/4” X 23-1/2”). The clear, green fluorescent or red fluorescent acrylic holders come with “MPISureGrip” rubber feet that keep the units in place on counters and also come with two holes for wall mounting.

Test Tube Dispensers
One dispenser holds a box of 12 x 75mm test Tubes and the other holds 16 x 150mm tubes. Remove cellophane wrapper from test tube box, slide the box into the dispenser and set the dispenser upright. A clear acrylic front panel allows contents to be viewed. A notched opening makes it easy to shake glass fragments from dispenser while the tubes are in place.
Dispensing bins provide dust-free storage and convenient access to many small items. Wall mount or place on bench.
