Take a Quantum leap forward into load capacity, safety and convenience... THE QUANTUM PANEL VAN Whether you choose the standard Panel Van or the super long wheelbase, wide body, high roof model, “accommodating” is the key word here, with load capacity, durability, reliability and economy designed to satisfy your business needs. Both models feature a low floor and large rear door opening, for easy loading of even the bulkiest cargo. The super LWB models offer dual sliding doors large enough to accommodate a forklift and a standard pallet. Thanks to a cab-forward design, the Quantum boasts a longer load area: a 6m3 load bay for the standard Panel Van and an impressive 9,8m3 for the super LWB model. No matter which model you choose, you’ll be able to carry more than 1000kg, yet only a Code B driver’s licence is required.

THE QUANTUM BUS. Both the 10-seater and 14-seater models offer superb flexibility and space, with the
14-seater also able to seat 10 passengers and an impressive amount of luggage. The Quantum Bus is designed around the comfort and safety of passengers, from the vinyl floors and privacy glass to the large sliding door, high roof and central aisle that make for easy access to all seats. Yet, in spite of its ample proportions, the Quantum Bus only requires a code B driver’s licence.

SAFETY AND SECURITY FEATURES
TRANSMISSION AND SUSPENSION The quantum leap in design continues through to the Quantum’s transmission and suspension. Its manual transmission is tuned to provide optimum shifting ease and is built to be durable. Its suspension consists of a double-wishbone torsion bar spring suspension and rear leaf spring suspension designed to optimise straightline-stability, ride comfort and versatile load-carrying capacity because it creates more space in the rear of the vehicle. 2.7 WT-i PETROL ENGINE

Keeping everyone safe in the Quantum is our priority. Added to airbags and ABS that help keep control of the vehicle on slippery roads, are a Brake Pedal and Steering Shaft Intrusion-Reduction System with Rotary Mechanism which helps prevent the brake pedal and steering shaft from injuring the driver in the event of a front and rear collision. The front and sides are protected by upper and lower crumple zones positioned at the front of the frame, as well as side impact beams in the front doors. Contributing to the Quantum’s class-leading safety are well-thought through features like an anti-glare rear view mirror that ensures constant driver visibility by protecting the driver’s eyes from the glare of vehicle lights; and a high-mounted stop lamp which indicates the slowing down or stopping of the vehicle to rear drivers. Add to this an immobiliser, central locking and the ToyotaCare Microdot System, and your investment is well catered for. Toyota’s VVT-i (Variable Valve Timing – intelligent) engine technology combines outstanding drivability with low fuel consumption and reduced emissions. Add to that a standard 5-year/90 000 km ToyotaCare Service Plan as well as 10 000 km service intervals and you’ve got the peace of mind that low operating costs bring.
Common rail technology allows for the precise measurement and injection timing of fuel. The result? More power, better fuel consumption, less noise and less pollution. Operating costs are further reduced thanks to the standard 5-year/90 000 km Toyota Service Plan and 10 000 km service intervals.

up during emergency braking and provides vehicle stability and increased steering response, allowing the driver more control when swerving to avoid obstacles.

rear) without jeopardising safety. In the event of a collision, front seat passengers are also protected by a breakaway dash and side impact protection beams.
