Titletown Brewing Company, Green Bay’s original brewpub, is located along the Fox River in the historic Chicago and Northwestern Train Depot. This one hundred plus year old building was renovated in 1996 and converted to the upscale restaurant and microbrewery it is today. In 1999, the depot was officially named to the National Register of Historic Places. In 2014, Titletown opened up the Tap Room and Beer Works in the former Larsen vegetable canning buildings just west of the depot located at 320 N. Broadway. We are confident that our microbrewery and restaurant will be the ideal setting for your function. Our event coordinators, Kate and Jill, are eager to help you plan a successful event. Special Event Spaces Titletown Brewing Company has a variety of spaces available both inside and outside to fit the specific needs for every function. Formal or informal, large or small, business or social; you are limited only by your imagination. Our experienced staff has arranged rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, business meetings, reunions, bridal showers, cocktail parties and more. To secure your reservation we require a deposit or a room charge, and a signed contract. All food orders must be submitted into the kitchen at least 10 days prior to events. Special rates may apply during peak seasons. Private-Located in Depot: The Charles S. Frost Room – Main Floor Capacity: 30 seated Minimum Spend: Friday and Saturday Nights $750, All Other Times $250 Notes: Historic railway décor, handicap accessible, high ceilings and adjustable lighting. The Back Beer Cellar – Upstairs (*Stairway access only) Capacity: 70 seated / 100 cocktail Minimum spend: Friday and Saturday Nights $750, All Other Times $250 Notes: Views of Fox River and Green Bay skyline, darts, pool table and shuffleboard table that can be covered. Music – satellite, your personal CD’s or IPOD. The Outdoor Canopy – Weather Permitting (Spring, Summer, and Fall) Capacity: North End (Left Side) 50 seated Minimum spend: Friday and Saturday Nights: $750, All Other Times $250 Notes: Brick railway platform, view of Fox River and Leicht Park. Beer Works Building: William Larsen Event Hall – 320 N. Broadway (Does require a $500 non-refundable room charge to reserve) Capacity: – 198 seated or 250 cocktail Minimum spend: Sunday through Thursday Nights - $750 w/ private bar and bartender(s). Friday Nights- $2,500 w/private bar and bartender(s). Saturday Nights- $3,500, w/ private bar and bartender(s). *Ask our Event Coordinators about additional private spaces on Mondays.

Bar Service Options OPEN BAR

A full bar is available to the guests. The staff records and serves all drinks and then presents a single final tab to the host/s at the end of the event.

DRINK TICKETS

A designated number of tickets are given to the host/s to distribute. The staff collects a ticket for each drink ordered by the guests. After a guest uses his/her tickets they are then responsible for the cost of their beverage. -Drink tickets are $6.00 per ticket

PARTY BARRELS

Your guests can choose from any of our craft beer that is on tap. Before your event, determine how many party barrels you would like. You are able to add more during your event as needed. 1/2 Barrel - 100 Pints of Beer – $400.00 1/4 Barrel - 50 pints of Beer - $250.00

CASH BAR

A full bar is available to the guests, and the guests are responsible for the costs of all of their beverages.

Appetizers Small platters serve approximately 15 guests, and large platters serve 25 guests.

Artichoke Dip – Titletown’s Classic Artichoke dip served with beer bread, soft pretzels, and tortilla chips. Small $19.99 Large $28.99 Crudité and Dip – An array of fresh seasonal vegetables served with your choice of one of our fresh dips: house made cucumber dill dip, white bean & walnut hummus or roasted red pepper & blue cheese dip. Hors d’oeuvres Hors d’oeuvre choices come in 24 piece trays for $60 or a 60-piece combo tray for $120. You may build your own combo tray and choose up to three choices.

Savory Cheddar & Bacon Puffs – House made savory cheddar bacon puffs with beer cheese filling. Shrimp & Fontina Crostini’s – House-baked crostini’s topped with Fontina, shrimp and roasted red peppers. Buffalo Chicken Crostini’s- Our buffalo chicken spread on toasted French bread, topped with bleu cheese crumbles and buffalo sauce. Capicola Ham and Bleu Cheese Tartlets – Philo tartlets filled with a savory filling of capicola, bleu and cream cheese, finished with roasted orchard fruit. Cranberry Turkey Canapés- Our house made zucchini bread with smoked turkey, cranberry onion marmalade, spinach, and provolone cheese. “A miniature version of a Titletown Classic!” Wisconsin Beer Cheese Truffles – Made with Wisconsin cheddar cheese and our Canadeo Gold Beer, rolled in crushed pretzels. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Truffles – Fresh Mozzarella balls marinated in basil pesto drizzled with balsamic syrup.

Dinners All options below can be served either as a plated dinner or family-style. Dinners include our signature beer bread, Pepsi products, and coffee. All orders must be finalized at least ten days prior to the event date. Plated Dinners: We serve plated dinners with our house Pub Salad, which is accompanied by Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing. Plated dinners require a final entrée count as well as entrée indicating name cards for each guest. Titletown can provide name cards for an additional fee. Plated dinners are priced per entrée, and the prices are located next to each entrée selection. For events of 150 persons or less, choose a maximum of three entrée selections. Family-Style Dinners: The Family Style meals are portioned and served for tables of eight. Each table will receive the appropriate starch to accompany their entrées as well as our Chef’s choice cold salads. The pricing for Family Style Meals is as follows: One entrée selection is $22.99, and two entrée selections are $24.99.

(Choose up to 3 options for plated dinners) “Johnny Blood Red” BEER-B-Q Short Ribs $20.99- Beer braised boneless ribs with our “Johnny Blood Red” BBQ sauce served with smashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. Strip Loin Bourguignonne $20.99- Slow roasted and carved strip loin with a burgundy mushroom demi. Served with smashed potatoes and chef’s choice vegetables. Lemon Rosemary Chicken $19.99- Lemon-rosemary chicken with a lemon caper au jus served with linguine pasta and chef’s choice vegetables. Jamaican Jerk Chicken $19.99- Classic Caribbean bone in chicken served with beans and rice as well as chef’s choice vegetables. Roasted Pork Loin $19.99- Carved pork loin paired with sage and onion dressing. Served with apple walnut chutney and chef’s choice vegetables. Salmon Tapenade $20.99- Wild caught Atlantic salmon seared and topped with olive tapenade. Served with faro risotto and chef’s choice vegetables. Sweet Potato Crusted Cod $19.99- Cod fillet encrusted with shredded sweet potatoes served with rice pilaf and chef’s choice vegetables. Roasted Vegetable Risotto $18.99- Roasted seasonal vegetables served over a bed of creamy faro risotto. Vegetable Neapolitan $18.99- Grilled zucchini, tomatoes, and spinach layered with portabella mushroom caps. Served with white wine tomato sauce and linguine pasta.

Late Night Menu Nacho Bar – House made tortilla chips, grated cheddar cheese, black beans, cheese sauce, jalapenos, salsa, and sour cream organized in an array for you to make your perfect plate of nachos! Minimum order 30 at $3.00 per person Taco Bar-Seasoned ground beef and shredded chicken served with house made tortilla chips, soft shell tortillas, black beans, zesty cheese sauce, grated cheddar cheese, jalapenos, black olives, shredded lettuce, sour cream, and salsa. Everything needed for you and your guests to build the ultimate taco. Minimum order 30 at $6.00 per person

Slider Bar – Mini slider hamburgers accompanied by cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, sliced pickles and condiments. Top your burger any way you’d like. Desserts Titletown Brewing Company proudly serves from scratch, fresh baked desserts made by our Baker. We offer petite desserts, as well as whole cakes, to go with any of our lunch or dinner options. Your favorite dessert option may be made upon request.
