Titletown Brewing Company, Green Bay’s original brewpub, is located along the Fox River in the historic Chicago and Northwestern Train Depot. This one hundred plus year old building was renovated in 1996 and converted to the upscale restaurant and microbrewery it is today. In 1999, the depot was officially named to the National Register of Historic Places. In 2014, Titletown opened up the Tap Room and Beerworks in the former Larsen vegetable canning buildings just west of the depot. We are confident that our microbrewery and restaurant will be the ideal setting for your function. Our event coordinators Kate, Hannah and Beki are eager to help you plan a successful party. Special Event Spaces Titletown Brewing Company has a variety of spaces available both inside and outside to fit the specific needs for every function. Formal or informal, large or small, business or social; you are limited only by your imagination. Our experienced staff has arranged rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, business meetings, reunions, bridal showers, cocktail parties and more. To reserve a private room we typically require a $150 deposit that will be subtracted from your final bill, a signed contract and selected food choices at least 2 weeks prior to your event. We have different minimum spending amounts for each room based on respective days listed below. If you do not need your reservation to be private, but have a 10 or more people the minimum spending amount may not apply, with your understanding that other guests may be seated in your area. Private: The Charles S. Frost Room – Main Floor Capacity: 30 seated Minimum Spend: Friday and Saturday Nights $750, All Other Times $250 Notes: Historic railway décor, handicap accessible, high ceilings, adjustable lighting. The Back Beer Cellar – Upstairs Capacity: 90 seated / 100 cocktail Minimum spend: Friday and Saturday Nights $750, All Other Times $250 Notes: Views of Fox River and Green Bay skyline, darts, pool table and shuffleboard table that can be covered. Music – satellite, your personal CD’s or IPOD. Semi Private: The Middle Beer Cellar - Upstairs Capacity: 20 seated, 40 cocktail Minimum spend: Friday and Saturday Nights $500, All Other Times $250 Notes: Adjacent to the upstairs bar, lively pub atmosphere, 5 booths on a raised platform, 5 cocktail tables. Music from our satellite TV service The Outdoor Canopy – Weather Permitting (Spring and Summer) Capacity: South End – 100 seated, North End -50 seated, Whole Canopy 200 seated Minimum spend: Fri. and Sat. Nights - South End (Right Side) $1,000, w/ private bar and bar tender $1200. North End (Left Side) - $750. Bar Service Options OPEN BAR A full bar is available to the guests. The staff records and serves all drinks and then presents a single final tab to the host/s at the end of the event.

DRINK TICKETS A designated number of tickets are given to the host/s to distribute. The staff collects a ticket for each drink ordered by the guests. After a guest uses his/her tickets they are then responsible for the cost of their beverage. Drink tickets are $5.00 per ticket

PARTY BARRELS Mix and match your favorite Titletown Beers to make a party barrel. Before your event determine how many party barrels you would like. You are able to add more during your event. 1/2 Barrel - 100 Pints of Beer – $350.00 1/4 Barrel - 50 pints of Beer - $200.00

CASH BAR A full bar is available to the guests, and the guests are responsible for the costs of all of their beverages.

Hors d’oeuvres Hors d’oeuvre choices come in 24 piece trays for $60 or a 60 piece combo tray for $120. You may build your own combo tray and choose up to three choices. Savory Cheddar & Bacon Puffs – House made savory cheddar bacon puffs with beer cheese filling. Shrimp & Fontina Crostini’s – House-baked crostini’s topped with Fontina, shrimp and roasted red peppers. Buffalo Chicken Crostini’s-Our buffalo chicken dip served warm over our toasted garlic French Bread and topped with bleu cheese crumbles and buffalo sauce. Prosciutto and Bleu Cheese Tartlets – Philo tartlets filled with a savory filling of prosciutto, bleu and cream cheese finished with roasted orchard fruit.

Cranberry Turkey Canapaes-Our house made zucchini bread with smoked turkey, cranberry onion marmalade, spinach and provolone cheese. “A miniature version of a Titletown Classic!” Wisconsin Beer Cheese Truffles – Made with Wisconsin cheddar cheese and our Canadeo Gold Beer rolled in crushed pretzels. Gorgonzola Cheese Truffles – Gorgonzola and cream cheese rolled in walnuts. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Truffles – Fresh Mozzarella balls marinated in basil pesto drizzled with balsamic syrup.

Express Lunches For groups of 20-35, please choose which menu you would like for your group. These menus were designed for speed and efficiency therefore we do not allow substitutions without prior chef’s approval. Dinners For groups over 20 people, we ask that you choose 3 of the following dinner options to present to your group. Titletown needs firm entrée counts for each of your chosen entrées 2 weeks prior to your event along with a list of your guest’s names and dinner choice. Non-alcoholic beverages are included in all dinners. Linen napkins and tables clothes are included for plated.

Plated Dinner Options: Plated Dinners include: non-alcoholic beverages (soda, coffee, tea), pub salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette and fresh baked breads. Smoke House Sirloin $19.99 8oz. sirloin seasoned and grilled to medium, accompanied smashed baby red potatoes, fresh sautéed vegetables. Sautéed mushrooms and onions are available for an additional $1.50 per person. Beer B Q Chicken $17.99 Lightly smoked chicken thighs braised in Johnny Blood Red BBQ sauce, served with rice pilaf and fresh sautéed vegetables. Desserts Titletown Brewing Company proudly serves from scratch, fresh baked desserts made by our Bakers and Executive Chef Molly Bluma. We offer petite desserts, as well as whole cakes, to go with any of the above lunch or dinner options. Petite desserts come in 24 piece trays for $60

Traditional Carrot Cake - Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, the edges are rolled in crushed walnuts. $40 whole cake Apple Brown Bette (seasonal, available upon request) - a tart apple crisp served warm with cinnamon, brown sugar, and nutmeg, topped with a cinnamon anglaise and vanilla bean ice cream. Black & Tan Brownie - A rich brownie full of walnuts and a creamy cheesecake layer, served warm with cinnamon anglaise and vanilla bean ice cream. Cheesecake - Our Bakers come up with a new, rotating flavor of cheesecake everyday.
