The earning and redemption of Altitude Points is subject to the Altitude Terms and Conditions. You do not receive points if your card account is in arrears for two consecutive card statement cycles and in other circumstances. You must have earned a minimum of 3,000 points before you can redeem for any rewards. Altitude Points do not expire as long as you remain an Altitude cardholder unless the rewards program is terminated. 2. Altitude Qantas.
