What do you do if you are 10 minutes late (or 20 minutes late or totally miss the exam)? (a) Call home. (b) Get an admit slip from the Main office. leave the examination room during the first hour or during the last 15 minutes of any examination. If the duration of an examination is less than one hour, candidates will not be allowed to leave during the examination.”
Rule #20: “It is the responsibility of the candidate

You cannot leave during the first hour, you
cannot leave during the last 15 minutes, therefore, you cannot leave before the end of an hour & 15 minute exam.

to you and finish the exam at 9:45am.

and wait quietly until the HL exam is over & the Invigilator dismisses everyone.

Using answer booklets… Two types: subject specific and blank for writing
essays.
Many of the exams are now sent to a scanning
center which are then electronically sent to the examiners.
It is very important that your answers are within
the box drawn in the answer booklets so that your entire answer is scanned and graded.

Using answer booklets… Where answer boxes are provided,
candidates must write their answers in the boxes. If candidates are unable to complete their answer in the box given, they should continue their answer on supplementary answer booklets and indicate that they have done this within the box.
For exams using blank answer booklets, all
draft work is done in the answer booklet. If a candidate does not want this draft work to be marked, a line must be drawn through that
