  You can become a member of the CRE by submitting the application, filling in the form and paying the membership  fee: a one‐off payment of£3,150.    Since 2008 the CRE has held a total of55 meetings in Oxford (UK), Vienna (Austria), Yalta (the Crimea, Ukraine),  Valletta (Malta), Barcelona (Spain), Turin (Italy), Amman (Jordan), Damascus (Syria), London (UK), Geneva  (Switzerland), Dublin (Ireland), Moscow (Russia), and Kiev (Ukraine). In addition, eight ‘EuroEducation’  conferences were conducted under the aegis of Varna Free University ‘Chernorizets Hrabar’, Varna, Republic of  Bulgaria, the International Slavonic University, and the Spanish education group ‘Spain Inn Group’.
