LOVE – THE BUSINESS CASE •

……Attending to the process of compassion in organizations provides a connection to much that is human in the workplace, helping to bring the "disappeared" world of human interaction back into focus in organizational scholarship, and shedding light on the significance of everyday interpersonal actions at work…….(Lilius et al, 2003). …….In the new economy characterized by accelerating speed of change, increasing alienation and a growing search for meaning, it makes good business sense to practice the art of forgiveness and to dispose the cognitions and behaviours of revenge. True forgiveness pillars the retention of valued employees, allows room for greater creativity and innovation, drives spirit of entrepreneurialism and leads to increased organizations’ performance which translates to higher profitability. The result is an agile organization that is able to adapt to changes in market conditions.….(Ismael et al 2009)

…….if employees do not know what core values and goals are important to them, they will not find it in their current job, nor potentially any other………Kill off old notions of “career”, and earn the commitment of the workforce to a future of meaningful work and mutual success…… (Blessing White Global Employee Engagement Report 2011)

…. "Authentic leaders show self-awareness, are transparent in their decision making, and demonstrate integrity consistently. Authenticity is a dynamic of the relationship between leader and follower. It contributes to the level of trust and confidence people have in their leader." (The Niagara Institute)

You are here on earth to unearth who on earth you are.

The purpose of life is a life of purpose.

I'm starting to think that maybe this world is just a place for us to learn we need each other more than we want to admit.

The mystery of human existence lies not in just staying alive, but in finding something to live for.
