ThinkLG Frequently Asked Questions

This document can help to answer frequently asked questions on ThinkLG.

If you do not find the information you need – email us at [email protected] or call us at 1-888-966-9294 and one of our ThinkLG Support Representatives will assist you.

1.

I used to have an account on ThinkLG, what do I need to do to get my old account back? o

If you are trying to gain access to your old account, you will need to email [email protected] with the associated account information in order to reinstate your account.

How do I reset my password? o

Please click the “Forgot Password” link on the log in page of ThinkLG in order to reset your password. An email will be sent to your inbox for you to change your password.

What if I’m new to ThinkLG? o

If you are new to ThinkLG, welcome! Click the “Create New Account” link. Please use your carrier specific email to get access to ThinkLG. If you are using a personal email address, your employment will be verified before you can access ThinkLG content.

How long will it take for my account to be verified to access ThinkLG content? o

Once you register and verify your email address, a ThinkLG representative will contact your store within 24 business hours and will make up to 4 attempts to validate employment. You will then receive an email confirmation to access ThinkLG or an email to try to register again.

What if my retailer or store does not show up during registration? o

Start typing your retailer, select “Retailer Not Found” from the drop down menu and enter in your retailer information. Please fill out all fields with your retailer information.

If your store does not appear when you start typing your store name, select “Store Not Found” to enter in your store information. Please fill out all fields with your store information.

How do I see information about the carrier(s) I support? o

If you do not see products, sales promotions or other information about the carrier(s) you support you can update your carrier access by clicking on the “Your Carrier Access” button. From here you will be able to see what carrier access you already have. If your carrier(s) is not there, click the “Add Carrier Badge” button. Select your carrier from the drop down and enter your location ID.

If you are still having trouble you can send an email to [email protected] with the carriers you are supposed to see.

What if I do not know my Location ID? o

If you do not know your Location ID, your store manager will! Ask them and enter it in. You will be given access immediately.

If you are still unable to find out your Location ID, send an email to [email protected].

I’m not sure what retailer I chose when I first logged in, how do I check that or change it? o

To see what retailer you chose, check your profile by clicking your email address located at the top right corner, and proceed to click “My Profile.” Here you can view your profile information.

To change your retailer in your profile, navigate to “Employment Information” to update your retailer and store information.

How do I update my personal information? o

To update your personal information, proceed to “My Profile” to update any information.

10.

Where are my points, and how do I check my points? o

The points system is back and any points you have previously accrued are available! Your available points and history can be found in the Redemption Store.

I purchased an item from the old ThinkLG, how can I check on its status? o

Any purchased products (not acquired via prizes,

rewards, or points) you can check on the status by calling HINDA at 1-800-621-4112 12.

Where is learn-to-earn? o

The learn-to-earn programs are also coming back soon, so you will be able to increase your knowledge and earn points!

Where is the Think LG chat? o

The ThinkLG chat link is on the ThinkLG homepage above the banner and on the login page! You can also call live support: 877-LG-HLP-4U (877-5445748).

I have questions about logging my IMEI data for a sales promotion: o

You can send any questions you may have about sales promotions to [email protected]

If you cannot see a promotion that should be available to your carrier, please email [email protected] and let us know which carrier(s) you work for or your location supports.

15.

How do I see IMEIs I’ve entered? o

Logged IMEIs can be found on the “My IMEI” tab above the banner on the home page! If you believe you’ve entered one incorrectly, or are unsure if you still need to enter your IMEI, you can enter it again.

16.

Are winners going to be listed on the site? o
