» Verify camper information online https://fortuna.uwaterloo.ca/weconnect » Registration begins at 8 am — and can take up to 15 minutes per child

pick-up and drop-off » DC Quad uwaterloo.ca/map » Drop-off is 8-9 am » Pick-up is from 4-5 pm » Charge is applied for a late pickup $5 for every 10 minutes ■

» Anyone picking up a camper must be prepared to show photo ID

parking » Lot Q » 7:55-9:05 am » 3:55-5:35 pm Note: Please remember that parents are sharing this lot with Waterloo staff and students. Parking may be busy at times — please do not leave your car longer than necessary.

» Camper must be signed out at the end of each day » Camper will be wearing “passport” that must be returned at the end of each day

open house » Thursday 4-4:45 pm » View camp rooms and camper projects » Pick-up your camper as usual and you will be directed to their camp room » Directions to camp rooms will be provided

policies » Zero violence policy » All camper lunches should be peanut/nut free » ESQ assumes no liability for lost or stolen items » Campers are expected to wear their ESQ shirts every day Extra shirts: $10 ■

» ESQ does not provide (or apply) sunscreen or water bottles

after camp girl’s club » This program will give girls the chance to talk about what they learned at camp and participate in additional activities with their peers and other female scientists and engineers » Grades 5-9, Tuesday 4-7 pm, Friday 8-9 am. Dinner and light breakfast included.
