Spa Guidelines continued arrival To ensure your full enjoyment of your spa experience, please arrive at least 20 – 30 minutes early to give yourself time to do paperwork (if required), check-in, slip into a robe and start your treatment relaxed and on time. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your spa treatments. Your appointment will end as scheduled so the next guest is not delayed.
