Please note the following requirements and deadlines for sponsorship: • The sponsorship form and payment are required by December 1, 2016 for inclusion in the written and on-line promotional material. Exhibitor Booths for CSHP Western Branches Banff Seminar 2017 Exhibitor booths availability will be confirmed upon receipt of the sponsorship form for the 43rd annual Banff Seminar. LOCATION: Kinnear Centre, Banff Centre. Located in Banff, Alberta In order to provide adequate space for registrants to interact with sponsor representatives and their exhibitor displays, the Banff Seminar has combined 3 rooms into a single room that features a magnificent view of the Bourgeau mountain range. In addition, conference posters and refreshments will be located within the room to provide a steady flow of registrants. Major benefactors will have the opportunity to select the location of their booth in the order their application is received (prior to the December 1, 2016 deadline). The Banff Seminar Planning Committee will assign all other sponsors a booth location after this date.

Exhibitor Booths for CSHP Western Branches Banff Seminar 2017 SEMINAR DATES: March 17th to 19th, 2017 SET UP: Saturday, March 18th, 2017 @ 7:30 AM DISPLAY DATES: Saturday, March 18th, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Sunday, March 19th, 8:00 AM to noon (dismantle by noon) Exhibits are to be attended by sponsors on both Saturday and Sunday. Please note WiFi is available in the Kinnear Centre. Should you require a dedicated internet line, your company will need to arrange this with the Banff Centre and incur the associated charge. NOTE: Display dimensions are restricted to 6 feet wide and include a skirted table and 2 chairs unless other arrangements are requested. Oversize displays cannot be accommodated. Major benefactors will have priority selection for the location of their exhibitor booth. The Banff Seminar Planning Committee will assign the location of exhibitor booths for all other levels of sponsorship after December 1, 2016. An Exhibitor Prospectus, including set up/take down and shipping information, will be circulated to confirmed sponsors in January 2017.

Satellite Symposia for CSHP Western Branches Banff Seminar 2017 We welcome the support of breakfast, lunch or supper symposia during the weekend’s events. Application to host a symposium can be made by any company sponsoring the Banff Seminar, regardless of sponsorship level, by filling out and submitting the application form. The deadline for applications is December 1, 2016. Time slots will be available on a first come, first served basis for Major Benefactors with the understanding that the Banff Seminar Planning Committee and the sponsor will decide upon a mutually agreeable topic at a later date. Sponsors at the Benefactor or Sponsor level who also wish to host a symposium will have their application considered in the order it was received after selections have been made by the Major Benefactors. Notification will be sent to Benefactor or Sponsor symposium applicants after December 1, 2016. All symposia will be held in the new Kinnear Centre for Creativity & Innovation at the Banff Center, and this room can accommodate up to 300 registrants (please see http://www.banffcentre.ca/conferences/meeting_space/kinnear_meeting_rooms.aspx for more information). All symposium time slots will be exclusive, with no concurrent activities planned. It is required that all satellite symposium sponsors allow all registrants the option of attending their symposium. The process of organizing a symposium will be the joint responsibility of the Sponsor, the Banff Seminar Planning Committee and the Conference Coordinator at Banff Centre: Banff Seminar Planning Committee: • Coordinate symposia schedule • Confirm topics and ensure limited topic duplication between sponsors • Ensure symposia is listed in conference promotional material and on CSHP website Sponsor: • Confirm speaker/topic and provide details for brochure • Coordinate catering plans directly with the Banff Center. This includes signing a sponsor contract and providing a deposit in advance (speaker and catering costs are the responsibility of the Sponsor) • Coordinate registrant attendance to symposium (delegates will be instructed to contact the sponsor directly to RSVP for the symposium) • Arrange for approval and cover costs for continuing education units (if desired) Banff Centre: • Provide space through CSHP Committee contract and catering through a Sponsor contract
