Terms & Conditions of Sale

1.

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars and offered lying in Singapore unless expressly stated otherwise. Overseas buyers may, if prevailing GST rules permit, reclaim GST paid according to prevailing guidelines.

This list supercedes all previous lists.

A 10% discount is applicable for purchases of loose Bordeaux wine in excess of 9 litres (one case). Discount applies only to orders of the same format (bottles, halves, magnums or double magnums only) and label.

Customers will only be invoiced when the wines ordered are available for delivery. A sales order will be issued for wines on order that are not yet available for delivery. For “en-primeur” purchases, customers ZLOOEHLQYRLFHGLPPHGLDWHO\XSRQFRQÀUPDWLRQRIWKHLURUGHU

Payment must be made in full upon receipt of invoice unless the customer has an approved credit account, in which case payment is due 7 days from the date of invoice. Overdue sums carry interest at 4% per annum above the Singapore Dollar prime lending rate of the Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation (Singapore).

We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders at any time after due payment date.

A storage charge will be levied for goods, which payment has been made but not collected beyond 30 days. We do not offer cellarage services for wines purchased from us.

You are advised to and shall be deemed to have inspected all goods immediately upon collection or delivery (as the case may be) and shall notify us forthwith (within 24 hours) of any shortage or damage. Once goods have been out of our control for any period, any damage or shortfall shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.

15.

Wines sold are non-returnable. We will, at our discretion, consider the replacement of the remaining unopened bottles of any case sold, where the wine is not drinkable quality.

16.

Any contract made herein shall be deemed to be made under the laws of Singapore and parties hereto shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.

17.

We shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our control.
