Our Mission Unintentional injuries are the leading cause of death and disability in children in the United States. Luckily, most childhood injuries are preventable. At Boston Children's Hospital, the Trauma Center's Injury Prevention Program is dedicated to reducing the rate of injuries through research and public education. We strive to increase access to injury prevention education and safety products. Through the Safety Store, located in the lobby of the main campus, we are able to provide these discounted safety products to you.
