Results Based on survey results, most respondents in the 30-35 age group with 36.96%, respectively. Gender distribution of respondents is quite equal. Most major sports teachers (90.2%), physical education is teachers with 5-15 years experience, approximately 60% of total respondents make up. Variables for the distribution of the normal test for linear relationship between variables Kalmogerov- Smirnov test has been used. According to the results, the z score in any of the variables in the alpha level of 0.05 is not so meaningful research data variables and different dimensions of emotional intelligence are normal. Furthermore, there was a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and quality of working life, a 32

Intl. j. Basic. Sci. Appl. Res. Vol., 1 (2), 30-34, 2012 positive correlation between emotional intelligence and the quality of life dimensions of physical education teachers were observed. Thus, with increasing emotional intelligence and its various dimensions of quality of working life will be added to physical education teachers. Emotional intelligence and its components include: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills have a significant relationship with the quality of working life, So based on these results and previous studies on the emotional intelligence can be increased through education and physical education teachers with the development of emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills they need to learn from the insights and wisdom to become teachers and the positive changes they enable teachers to be productive and efficient, increase their skills, are satisfied with their jobs, people who have high self-awareness, are aware of his temperament and mental and conscious of their emotional life. Enlightened them about their feelings and emotions may encourage them to other personality characteristics. Act as autonomous individuals and their boundaries are reliable and of good mental health. They have a desire for life to have a positive outlook, when the evil spirit can get down to not think about the process and do not engage their minds to it and be able to get rid of it soon. Summary of the ideas which help them manage their emotions and enables them to have high confidence (Beradbery, 2005). Regulatory rotates around its ability to manage emotions of affection to a lack of dependence or cessation of its application depends on certain conditions. Among those who have a stronger sense of control over self and the surrounding events are less likely to become angry or sad when they are faced with stress from work, do not. One of the good teacher, having mastered their nerves that control and ensure he is comfortable. (yarmohammadi Monfared, 2008) commitment to doing their own arousal and disappointment and despair in the face of failure and optimism towards the future if physical education teacher in this case shows the difficulties of resistance and nothing prevented him reaching the goals can not be predetermined. In other words, he was firm on its determination and does not withhold any attempt to achieve their purposes. Due to this high level of arousal with a physical education teacher can against defects in work organization and other problems and can not resist using their arousal factor in creating a positive incentive and progress in work to move towards a better future of the quality of work life is better. Cope easily with others, empathy, understanding others, sharing knowledge and values to the needs of others, enthusiasm for the service, helpful, understanding and acceptance of the dissidents and the politicians (Beradbery, 2004). Empathy and ability to handle interpersonal relationships, teachers in identifying and considering the feelings, opinions and ideas to colleagues and students to help them as individuals who have unique needs and abilities, have a good deal . These capabilities will help to create a quality of work life. Social position of having the ability to control your emotions is characteristic. Lead to establishing good relations with others. Seems to be PE teachers with high levels of these skills can use this factor for precise control of emotions, and respond appropriately, felt making, understanding differences, work group, the dialogue, clear communication, mediate access to information about the possible role of social work and use that can lead to a better quality of work life. People who have these skills very quickly with a friendly atmosphere they can easily create the intellectual path that will lead others to the side. Therefore, if the organization providing education training and provision of other facilities to accommodate the needs and demands of teachers, the teaching of emotional intelligence among their teachers, the future of their jobs they will witness the most satisfaction. Each individual job satisfaction is largely a function of the quality of working life is that person, job satisfaction and ultimately increase the efficiency of the job will be considered and efficiency of the direct impact will be on hand, that the issue of education in improving the academic performance of students we can see, if this is due to a serious and sustained efforts and compliance with the guidelines provided, physical education teachers to improve performance in providing employment and increasing the quality of working life through increased efficiency and effectiveness, teachers will improve performance. So emotional intelligence as a basic variable can be a good field, in order to increase the quality of working life of teachers make. So we can say that increasing the quality of working life of teachers, increasing teacher productivity and satisfaction and greater commitment to the education (Thomas, 2006). In mind that emotional intelligence is one of the factors affecting the quality of working life of teachers is recommended when hiring physical education teachers, along with addressing other cases, these factors are also considered. Provision of programs including workshops and training courses, to improve emotional intelligence and its components among physical education teachers and providing the necessary facilities and opportunities for growth and quality of life for physical education teachers from authorities and organizations involved with education, including measures that seem necessary in this regard.
