The Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of this Company will be held on Tuesday, the eleventh day of March, 1902, at II o’clock, A. M., in Horticultural Hall, Broad Street below Locust Street, Philadelphia, at which meeting there will be submitted for consideration, and action by the Stockholders, the Annual Report of the Company ; an agreement dated 12th June, Igor, for the acquisition by this Company of the corporate property and franchises of The Trenton Cut-off kailroad Company ; also, an agreement dated 27th November, IgoI, for the acquisition by this Company of the corporate property and franchises of the Schuylkill and Juniata Railroad Company; and other appropriate subjects.
