After Sales Leasing If the After Sales Leasing is selected, The Pavilions Phuket’s management will oversee the renting out of your unit and the provision of all services that aid and manage this process. The net revenue will be equally divided amongst the owners of the units in the rental pool, after deduction of the Management Services’ charges.

Guaranteed Return for Rental Pool Properties Apartments: The Developer undertakes for the first 3 years of the ownership starting on the completion date to guarantee returns on the purchase price (excluding any furniture package amount) of the apartments. Rental Pool Program Apartments Owner gives to the Rental Pool and reserves up to 2 months for personal use: net 4% guaranteed return after deduction of Management Services.
