Rent Policies BLUE VENADO BEACH CLUB

PLAYA DEL CARMEN - QUINTANA ROO - MEXICO

1.

Regular operation hours for Blue Venado Beach Club es from 9 am to 5 pm every day of the week. with a minimum of 20 people consuming food and beverages, there will be no cost for the use of the location and we will assign a special area for your event. If you require exclusivity for your event, the additional cost for the privatization of the beach club before 5 pm from monday to friday is $1000 usd and $2000 during the weekend, no matter what time your event starts or how long you stay.

2.

For events with less than 20 people during the regular working hours of Blue Venado Beach Club, the location cost for civil ceremonies or any other kind of events is $200 usd, no decoration or montage included.

3.

Garanteeing the consumption of food and beverages with a minimum of 20 people, there will be no charge for the rental of the location, making your event exclusive from 5 pm to 2 am.

4.

Just the rental of the Beach Club from 5 pM to 2 aM has a total cost of $3500 usd plus tax with an additional deposit of $2000 usd that will be returned on the day after the event after checking the beach club’s facilities for possible damages. except on high season from december 25 to february 2 and 15 of the august to 15 september.

It is possible to hire the consumption of only food or only beverages for the cost of $1750 between 5pm to 2am.

6.

It is possible to extend your event until 6 am, coverging the additional cost of $200 usd plus tax for every additional hour. You must add 16% tax on all mentioned prices these prices are not comissionable.
