What are Health Coaches and Care Coordinators? ►A
Health Coach focuses on health promotion and education by providing information and lifestyle strategies ► A Care Coordinator focuses on chronic condition management by helping those with asthma, diabetes and other chronic conditions understand the plan of care developed by their health care provider ► Expected Savings: $3-$5 million annually years 1-3 $5-$8 million annually years 4 and beyond

Renovation of the Thompson Library: Current Status Libraries’ General Staff Meeting September 13 & 14, 2006 Presented by Wes Boomgaarden, Ryan Langhurst, University Libraries
Main Library closure: Main Library will close 6:00 p.m., Sunday, September 17 for renovation The building is being de-commissioned in preparation for hazardous materials abatement, selective demolition and reconstruction Collections and office moves continue. Access to Main Library will be for staff only, through the loading dock doors. Carry your ID.

Project Status Updates: Sullivant Library An integrated humanities & social sciences reference collection and current periodical collection About 900 reader seats, including a newly-installed “Learning Commons” space
Project Status Updates: SEL Science & Engineering Library Additional reader seats being prepared Replaces the Main Library on the campus tour for prospective students Thompson bust and Thompson Library model are on display in SEL lobby

I understand the library goal to expand our responsibility in the collection, organization, preservation, and sharing of more types of information – to move from collection management to knowledge management. 2.
