Q1 2015
NO STANDSTILL. NO OFF SWITCH. ONLY MOMENTUM. Momentum is a mighty force and we have it. First quarter has been full of opportunities to increase collaboration and spark change for the betterment of the region. Through our partnerships we’ve developed a tech talent pipeline strategy, outlined a plan to become a top-five global leader in agribusiness and created new programming and educational sessions to help businesses thrive. Accomplishing more. Together. Inspiring to the core. The 10th anniversary Greater Omaha Young Professionals Summit – the largest young professionals event in the region – brought together change makers, business and community leaders to engage with one another and invest in themselves and our community. To position our region as a top-five global agribusiness leader, we unveiled our five-year agribusiness development strategy – outlining goals to lead the movement. Community engagement and local adoption of the We Don’t Coast regional brand has been strong with more than 160 companies currently utilizing it in their businesses. To become the “tech talent capital of the world” we’re bringing together professionals from IT and HR to overcome the challenges facing this growing industry and strategizing ways to think BIG. #1 Best City for Active Lifestyle Wallethub.com
