1. Dealer Account Requirements
1.1. LiftMaster® Account required.
1.2. Must be authorized by LiftMaster for dwellingLIVE® product line.
1.3. PayPal account required.
2. System Requirements
2.1. All dwellingLIVE modules require high-speed internet access.
2.2. Brochures, Catalogs and Price Lists are susceptible to quarterly updates, located on dealer center.
2.3. Only (1) dwellingLIVE database allowed per community. System can be enhanced with additional modules.
2.4. dwellingLIVE bills communities monthly for web-based software starting month two.
3. Installation Requirements
3.1. Dealer required to send dwellingLIVE Welcome Notice to the community manager prior to ‘Go Live’ date.
3.2. Dealer required to validate billing information entered by community manager within 30 days of activation

or prior to ‘Go Live’, whichever occurs first.
3.3. Account deleted with no refunds if billing information not completed.

Setup and Installation Your local Authorized LiftMaster® Dealer sells, installs and services your new dwellingLIVE® software and hardware. The purchase price includes all necessary hardware and your 1st month’s software service. In order for continued service, the community administrator must submit dwellingLIVE’s Activation Form available at http://liftmaster.dwellinglive.com/ activationform.pdf. You will get an email confirmation from dwellingLIVE when activation is complete.
Monthly Software Service LiftMaster will bill your community directly for each month’s software service after the 1st month.
Terms of Service Monthly Software Services Fees are due on the 1st of each month’s service and considered delinquent by the 10th. A late payment charge of 6% will be applied to the total unpaid balance on your account if full payment is not received by the 10th. Service will be suspended if no payment is received for accounts 60 days past due. A reactivation fee of $150.00 will apply to reinstate service. Monthly Service will increase 2.5% per year. Cancel anytime with 30-day written notice.
