Bratt Pan Futura

The Hackman Futura bratt pan series offers a wide range of models for versatile, efficient and ergonomic frying in every kitchen. The Hackman Futura bratt pan ensures high frying efficiency, uniform heat distribution and fast heat recovery. The Hackman Futura is quicker and more efficient than conventional bratt pans, especially when frying cold products. The temperature adjustment range is 0...250°C. Hackman Futura pans have a strong electrical tilting as standard. The pans are available also with manual tilting and ergonomic height adjustment 800 - 950 mm. Hackman Futura pans can be supplied with food water filling by a push button. All outer surfaces of the Hackman Futura bratt pan are made of stainless steel throughout. The frying surface is 10 mm thick steel which stores heat extremely well. Optionally available with compound surface, then the 12 mm steel base is covered with 2,5 mm stainless steel surface. Uniform surfaces and compact construction make cleaning easy.

Hackman Futura 85 and 110 pans can be either 90 or 180 mm deep which makes them very suitable for simmering and cooking of products. Hackman Futura 110 has two separately controlled frying zones. This feature makes it possible to fry two products requiring different frying temperatures at the same time. The other way to use the frying pan is to fry a product on one zone and use the other for temporary holding.

PIRheld every year, in Moscow, did not disappoint with a record number of attendees this fall. Rain Haava was on hand to promote the benefits of Viking Combi in the Russian market. In Russia, this is one of the most popular of Hackman products, as its ease of operation is a core feature for users in Hospitals, school Kitchens and Staff Canteens

Hackman products Viking Combi 150E and Futura RP2 were presented to highlight a Cook/ Chill system. Working Cook/Chill system was shown first time ever in history of Russian HoReCa exhibitions. Starting with Product Cooking, through to the end with ready made product being vacuum packed. Russian celebrity chef Alexander Nikiforov has demonstrated products (mash potato, Plov etc.) very well – Resulting in a kettle was sale during the first day.

In Conjunction with the FCSI EAME Stockholm conference, Hackman was pleased to host an esteemed group of consultants, to Hackman headquarters in Kerava. The days events included educational presentations in areas of Finnish School Meals and Energy Efficiency in Professional Kitchens. Hackman would like to thank all participants and look forward to seeing everyone at HOST in Milan.

Metos GmbH has recently commissioned 2 new DCE Proveno kettles operating with chilled water. These kettles are part of a changeover from cook serve, to cook chill, at the Tilak hospital in Innsbruck. Chef training with teams from both Pastry Kitchens and Hot Kitchens tested various in house recipes, for accelerated chilling. Vanilla Pudding and Fricassee of Pork with Nutmeg, were amongst dishes tested, and excellent results gained. With space for 4 more 300 ltr kettles, we are wishing Dirk Thomann, and the team in Innsbruck, success with stage two of the package.

Trolley News and Floor Shelving We have provided our wheels (ø 125mm) with a plastic cover. The cover will protect the wheels during the transportation and the customer will receive the trolleys with clean wheels. These covers are very easy to remove.

STRENGTHENED CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOR RACKS

The construction of the racks has been improved by double binding the stainless steel shelves and fixing the highest and lowest shelf with stay tubes. These adjustments makes the racks more stable and the shelves are more stronger.
