While Hoodia Ice Cube Diet help control your appetite you will be enjoying a diet rich in the fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains listed here– foods designed to keep you satisfied and energized. If you want to design your own meal plan, here are the basics: Vegetables Unlimited servings of cucumber, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, tomato, carrot, green and red pepper, kohlrabi, asparagus, onion, Brussels sprouts, cherry tomato, mushroom, celery, zucchini, and spinach. Limit beetroot, and artichoke to 2-3 servings per week.

Fruits * Average 2-3 servings per day of berries, apple, pear, apricot citrus fruit, papaya, watermelon, peach, nectarine, melon, and plum. Eat grapes, bananas, or pineapple no more than once a day.

Whole Grains – ½ cup of couscous, brown rice, quinoa, whole wheat pasta, or oatmeal. 6 multigrain crackers, 1 cup whole grain cereals, 1 slice whole grain bread. Poultry, Eggs and Dairy 4 oz. white meat chicken; 3 egg whites; 1 cup yogurt; ½ cup of low fat milk or soft cheese; 1 slice low fat cheese.

Lunch - 1 cup chicken salad; chicken salad made with grilled chicken, low fat mayo, celery and/or chunks of apples; 1 cup air pop popcorn. Snack - Take one Ice Cube Diet with a pear and 1 wedge laughing cow cheese. Dinner - 1 veggie burger or turkey burger; baked potato. Snack - 4 oz. skim milk or 1/2 cup frozen yogurt.

Lunch - Caesar Salad Wrap (whole grain wrap, romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese and low fat Caesar dressing;) 1 cup tomato soup. Snack - Take one Ice Cube Diet with 1/4 cup of dried berries and nuts. Dinner - 4 oz. steak, 1/2 cup roasted potatoes, and spinach. Snack - 1 orange.
