History of Ontario Early Years Centres • Halton a ‘Phase One’ Community-Our Kids Network • MCSS announced two new positions; Early Literacy Specialist and a Database Coordinator • 1,500 parent and caregiver focus groups and surveys were completed • Community planning session with 60 service providers • Family Resource Centres became leads
