NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS • RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLETENESS OF ENTRY RESTS SOLELY WITH ENTRANT. • RETURNED CHECKS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID ENTRY FEE. BaRay Events will add a $25.00 collection fee to the amount of each returned check. We will not re-process checks. The exhibitor will be contacted & required to send a money order for the original amount PLUS the $25.00 NSF fee. Subsequent returned checks from same person may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY BASIS. • Entry fees shall NOT be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, sick, lame, excused by the Judge or Veterinarian, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee, or because it has been entered incorrectly. There is no refund for DUPLICATE ENTRIES or OVERPAYMENTS. BaRay Events will make every effort to find all duplicate entries, but if entry has been processed, no refund will be made. If, because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open, or to complete the Show NO REFUND will be made. To find out about any AKC event cancellations call the AKC Event Cancellation Hotline 877-252-3229. • Please note: Any hotel or motel listed in the premium list is subject to Event Committee Rules. We expect our exhibitors to be responsible guests. A report that an exhibitor at this show has abused hotel or motel property during this weekend may result in disciplinary action. Clubs reserve the right to decline future entries from the offending party in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 11, Section 15 of the Rules Applying to Dog Shows. • Dogs need be present only for scheduled judging and will be released if not needed for further judging. Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the club nor its Superintendent/Show Secretary will be responsible or obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class Judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging rings. • Only dogs eligible for these shows will be admitted into the show area. There is no provision for unentered dogs. • LOSS OR DAMAGE – The Show Committee will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, or assume any liability in the event of any accident or misfortune, to either dogs or exhibitors participating in these Shows. The welfare of an Exhibitor’s child is assumed to be the responsibility of the Exhibitor. It is distinctly understood that Exhibitors will exercise control and restraint over their children. • Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians’ recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. • ALL RIGHTS TO TELEVISE, VIDEOTAPE, ADVERTISE, PHOTOGRAPH, PROMOTE or otherwise exploit this event are vested in the Club, or in persons to whom assignments of such rights have been made in writing by the Club. All persons and animals on the Show Grounds at any time while the show is in progress, do by attending this show or participating therein, grant to the Club the right to photograph, televise, videotape, audiotape or otherwise use their likeness and voice in any manner without further release or consent. The Club is not responsible for the actions or products of the commercial vendors at this show.

A maximum of 4 crated dogs per room. 2. A non-refundable one-time pet charge of $25 per room will be incurred for the first two (2) dogs, plus $25 for each dog over 2 – maximum of 4 dogs per room. 3. Dogs must be crated at all times when they are left alone in room. 4. Bedspreads will be removed. 5. No animals are permitted in suites. 6. Rooms must be inspected by hotel staff (if available) at check-out. Any additional damage or cleaning fees are the responsibility of the registered guest. 7. Hotel has arranged a designated pet area for dogs to relieve themselves. Each owner MUST clean up after their animals. 8. Dogs are not allowed on the golf course or in the outdoor pool courtyard. 9. Dogs are not allowed in Main Lobby, restaurants or other common areas. There will be a $15.00 charge per day for a roll-a-way bed. Note: All rates are subject to a 6% PA State Tax, 3.9% County Tax and a 1.1% Excise Tax equaling a total of 11%. TRANSFER OF ENTRIES NOTE: BECAUSE OF TRAVEL AND SHIPPING TIME TO THE SHOW SITE, TRANSFER OF ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT BARAY EVENTS AFTER 12:00 NOON ON THURSDAY, MAY 1. AFTER THIS TIME, YOU MUST CONTACT THE EVENT SECRETARY ON SITE. CONFORMATION: Dogs may be transferred from one of the regular classes to the Best of Breed or Variety competition, provided this transfer is presented to the Superintendent at least one half-hour prior to the scheduled start of any regular conformation judging at the show. JUNIOR SHOWMANSHIP: Junior Handlers who win a third Novice Class with competition present after the closing of entries for a show may transfer their entry from the Novice Class to the Open Class provided that this transfer is made by the Superintendent at least one-half hour prior to the scheduled start of Junior Showmanship judging at the show. Correction may be made from one age division to another. provided this transfer must be made to the Superintendent at least one half-hour prior to the judging of any Junior Showmanship class at the show. OBEDIENCE OR RALLY: A dog who has earned a title after entries have closed may be transferred to another class, provided the transfer request is presented to the On-Site Secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the trial.
