Conditions of participation. The participation fee is payable on receipt of the invoice. This fee includes conference documentation, lunches, refreshments and evening event. Once your registration has been received you will be sent a confirmation slip and invoice. Registrations can be cancelled (in written form only) free of charge up to 14 days before the event. For cancellations after this date half of the participation fee will be reimbursed.
