B aske t br e ad plan t s Round bread | String bread | Wheat bread Hearth baked bread like white bread, batone, string bread, etc. will pass through the make up plant and will proof in the troughs-proofer before the bread is deposited onto a wire mesh belt oven or a sole plate oven. Subsequently, the products will be conveyed to the bread cooling system and from there direct to packaging. Benefit from our experience with basket bread plants!

Tray handl i ng plan t s Baguette | Bread rolls | Croissants | Hamburger buns Plants with baking tray handling are mainly used for semi (par baked) and final baked products. Make up plants produce the dough pieces, which will be deposited onto a baking tray. These are then passing though the process stages proofing, baking and cooling. Turnkey systems are not just our daily bread, but first and foremost our passion.

Pe e l b o ar d plan t s Pan Rustico | Ciabatta | Mini Ciabatta Soft dough pieces from a laminating and sheeting line will be deposited onto a peelboard before the proofing process starts. A scrabbler will take the products from the peelbord and place them direct on top of the oven belt or on a stone plate oven. If you are looking for a system integrator, GBT will offer you a tailormade solution.

GBT has many of these flat bread plants successfully commissioned and is therefore perfectly familiar with the specific requirements of such a production process. M ake u p plant Continuous processing GBT proofers Whether you need a 1st proofer for round products or trough proofer for long products or a belt proofer for flat products – GBT offers you the full range of equipment for professional finishing of the dough. GBT long moulder The dough pieces are sheeted by the pair of rollers and then curled and rolled up for moulding under the height adjustable pressure board. The side guides are adjustable to determine the length of the dough piece before they are transferred to the filet type tray. GBT cutting machine The cutting machines offer the perfect solution for consistent and uniform cuttings in diagonal and cross section.

C onvey i ng t e c hnolog y Conveying systems GBT is a leading system supplier in the area of material flow and company internal logistic systems. The focus in the bakery industry is the whole range of conveying concepts as peripheral equipment around the baking oven. It comprises the transport and handling of baking trays and pans and the different types of product cooling systems for the individual application.
