TERMS AND CONDITIONS – DENMARK General Rental Information The renter and the driver have to be in possession of a valid driving license. Driving license printed with non Roman Alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic etc) must be complemented by an International driving license. For driving licenses from countries not part of the Geneva/ Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g. China), an official translation of the license in English must be presented with the original license. Certain tariffs and conditions apply for Non-Danish residents only. These tariffs and conditions are not available to customers residing in Denmark due to taxation regulations. Please remember to select your "Permanent country of residence" when booking a rental car. For payment with debit cards and long term rentals, renter must present documentation for his or her registered address at pick up. Age Restrictions Minimum age in Denmark is 20. Minimum age and possession of a valid driving license in Denmark is: 20 years/1 year for vehicle groups M***, E*** 23 years/1 year for vehicle groups C***, I*** 25 years/3 years for vehicle groups F***, P***, S***, X***. A Young Driver Surcharge of 95.00 DKK per rental applies for drivers under 26 years. This surcharge is not included in the prices displayed. Conditions of Payment We accept all credit cards from internationally recognized credit card companies - such as American Express, Diners Club, Eurocard/MasterCard and Visa. Forbrugsforeningskort (Danish credit card) is accepted by Sixt for rentals up to 14 days. We do accept the debit cards MasterCard debit and Visa Electron for the following car groups: E***, C*** and I***. Debit cards are not accepted for rentals exceeding 30 days. Dankort is accepted for rentals with an expected maximum price of 2,000.00 DKK. Twice the rental amount will be charged from the card at the beginning of the rental. Sixt also accepts Air Plus as payment. Cash Payment is not accepted. Sixt Car Express Service card is only accepted in combination with a valid Credit Card. To hire one of the following vehicles, customers must present two credit cards: P***, X***. Long-term rentals When a rental exceeds 35 days, the price for the first month will be charged at the time of pick up. In addition, a deposit of up to 1,5 times the expected monthly price will be charged for security purposes. The rental price is due every 30 days with advance payment via chosen means of payment. Generally A deposit of up to two times the rental price is charged to the chosen means of payment for security purposes. The deposit for high-value vehicles may differ. The exact deposit is determined on collection since the amount depends on the type of vehicle driven. Calculation of Danish Approval Amount: 1. Expected rental amount times 2 or 2. Expected rental amount + 3000.00 DKK The highest of these two amounts will be applicable. Different amounts are possible. All renters will be looked up in the Danish register for debtors (RKI). Any registration of the renter or additional drivers may cause Sixt to decline the rental. Please note, that payments with credit card may require the PIN of the credit card. General Protection Conditions Third Party Insurance (TI)

Protection coverage for the vehicle includes Third Party Liability with unlimited cover for personal injuries and material damages. Maximum cover for personal injuries is 1.000.000,00 DKK per injured person. Excluded from the protection is the use of the vehicle for the transport of dangerous goods. All protection as part of the rental contract will become void, in particular, if an unauthorized driver has used the vehicle or if the driver of the vehicle does not possess the required driver's license at the time of the event giving rise to claim. Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) Loss Damage Waiver removes the drivers responsibility to a part of the vehicle in case of damage or theft. The cost of LDW is as follows: see table If LDW is not accepted the customer will be held liable for maximum 16,000.00 DKK. If LDW is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following amounts: 3,000.00 DKK (Loss Damage Waiver = LD) Top Cover LDW If LDW is already included in the rates, the renter can choose Top Cover LDW to reduce the NonWaiverable Responsibility. The cost of Top Cover LDW is as follows: see table If Top Cover LDW is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following amounts: 1,200.00 DKK (Top Cover LDW = BE) Super Top Cover LDW If LDW is already included in the rates, the renter can choose Super Top Cover LDW to reduce/eliminate the Non-Waiverable Responsibility. The cost of Super Top Cover LDW is as follows: see table If Super Top Cover LDW is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following amounts: 400.00 DKK (Super Top Cover LDW = BF) Tire and Glass Coverage (TG) Tire and Glass Coverage provides cover against the consequences of damages on tires, windscreen, side windows and back window. The cost of TG is as follows: see table If TG is not accepted the customer will be held liable for the full value of damages on tires, windscreen, side windows and back window. If TG is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following amounts: 0.00 DKK. (Tire and Glass Coverage = TG) Personal Accident Protection (PAP) By taking out personal accident protection coverage can also be extended to cover the consequences of an accident. The cost of PAP is as follows: see table By taking out PAP the limit of liability is: 1,000,000.00 DKK for invalidity, 120,000.00 DKK for decease, 20,000.00 DKK for medical costs. (Personal Accident Protection = I) Super Personal Accident Protection (SPAP) Super Personal Accident Protection covers belongings transported in the vehicle up to 20,000.00 DKK. Additional Driver An Additional Driver Surcharge of 45.00 DKK per day (450.00 DKK per month) applies. (Additional Driver = AD) Refuelling Charge All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be refilled prior to return to Sixt, otherwise a charge of 29.00 DKK per litre of petrol or diesel will apply. Conditions concerning Electric Vehicles: Electric Vehicles must be returned 80% charged. In case the vehicle is not charged sufficiently, there will be an extra cost of 20.00 DKK per every 10% electric charge. (Fuel = FC) Alternatively, you may purchase a tankful of fuel at the time of rental at a price that is competitive with local fuel stations and return the tank empty. No refunds will be given for unused fuel. (Prepaid Fuel = PF) Other Fees and Taxes Smoking in vehicle All Danish Sixt cars are non-smoking cars. If a car needs additional cleaning/smell-removal caused by smoking, a fee of 2500.00 DKK will be added to the invoice. (Fee For Smell Removal = "M1") VAT 25% All rates include tax/VAT (if incurred). Changes to Reservations: Any change to a booking will be recalculated based on the availability and prices at the time the change is made. This may be greater or lesser than the price originally booked. This applies to changes made to: •

The lead customer name and the pick up location on a reservation cannot be changed.
