AVANTAGES
EASY ASSEMBLY / FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE Requiring only a few tools and no expertise, the system can be easily tensioned and customized to any size or shape by placing LED boards in sequence.
UNIFORM LIGHTING / ENERGY EFFICIENT The TLS allows an even light density, avoiding hotspots. Requires low voltage andconsumes 60% less energy compared to other system.
SINGLE / DOUBLE SIDED TLS LED boards can be single or double sided with little difference in cost. Perfect for ceiling, wall-mounted and round applications.
RETROFITTING SYSTEM The system can be retrofitted to any existing surface or display as well as customizable to any size.

The TLS offers point-to-point substrate-free tensioning up to 500lbs with minimal sagging for an optimal uniform output.

Our innovative, award-winning and patented TLS technology is available in four (4) easy-to-install options; all featuring our unique quick-access PCB strip holders and tensioner system.
TLS STANDARD
The STANDARD configuration, available in single or double sided option, features our unique Tension LED System with a strip array spaced at 120mm between rows and placed at 150mm from backlit media, for a perfectly uniform illumination without shadows or hot spots.
TLS PREMIUM
The PREMIUM configuration of our TLS solution, is also available with single or double sided boards, allows for a brighter, uniformly lit application, with only 60mm between LED strips and a shallower 75mm gap to the media.
TLS OPTO
The new TLS OPTO is equipped with special LED lenses to diffuse the light at wide angles, and expands the application possibilities by reducing the distance to 40mm behind the backlit image (in premium configuration), allowing for very narrow profiles such as 50mm frame for single sided*. *with transformer installed remotely
TLS OUTDOOR
The TLS OUTDOOR category encompasses any of the other categories and configuration options, but with the added benefit of our special UV coating to protect the electronic components and connections on our individual TLS boards, to be perfectly suited for outdoor applications.

The indoor Tension LED System is a patented and UL certified LED lighting system that provides uniform surface lighting that can cover any size or shape no matter the obstacles in place. Narrow lightweight LED strips placed in a curtain format extend from a positive to a negative 1/16-inch stainless steel cable that not only connects to conductive tensioners but also runs the electrical current. Thanks to these tensioners, the system can perfectly tensioned to fit any surfaces with no sagging, hotspots or additional wires.
