Blessing of the Wines Grape Stomp & Harvest Festival On Sunday, September 26th, South Coast Winery

The month of September is celebrated as Wine Month across the state of California. To commemorate, we have created a special passport (with savings of up to $30!) to SIP Temecula that will be offered for the entire month of September. You choose when - and which 5 of our thirty plus member wineries - you wish to visit, all for one low price and one ticket! Join them for grape stomp competitions, dancing, live music and a seasonal Harvest Celebration buffet dinner. Ponte wines and "gondola" rides will complete this fun-filled event. Harvest Festival & Grape Stomp On Saturday, October 2nd head over to Callaway Winery's Harvest Festival & Grape Stomp. This event is their most popular and is always a sell-out! Celebrate the harvest season with their traditional grape stomp. The event features live entertainment provided by Temecula's own JD Priest Band, grape stomping and other wine related competitions, Callaway wine and a gourmet buffet. Temecula Valley Wine & Culinary Showcase Friday, September 17th, 2010 6:30-9:30pm Monte de Oro Winery Join the winery owners, winemakers and growers of the Temecula Valley as we celebrate California Wine Month, Temecula Style! at the first-ever Temecula Valley Wine and Culinary Showcase. The vineyard surrounded patio of the beautiful Monte de Oro Winery plays host to the premiere event, which allows guests to taste their way through the wines of the Temecula Valley at one location! Member winery owners, winemakers and chefs will mingle amongst the guests sampling incredible Temecula Valley wines along with the culinary creations of both winery and local restaurants. A precursor to the event, the Winemaker's Roundtable will be filmed and broadcast live from the event between 5:30 and 6:30pm. (Quiet!) guests are invited to watch and listen as moderator Meredith May from The Tasting Panel magazine interviews new and veteran Temecula Valley winemakers in a panel discussion of the area's past, present and future as Southern California's premier wine region. $65 per person, inclusive.
