Set-up new computer equipment (Tagging, imaging and physical set-up) Trouble-shoot computer/printers when not functioning correctly (Range from simple fixes such as a loose wire/cable to additional memory) Assistance with downloading/installing/upgrading software Establish new user IDs Assist faculty and staff when encountering problems with log-ins/passwords/network access issues Moving computer equipment Assist with lab computer and/or projects problems when Ed Tech Service Rep. is not unavailable
