This includes the identification and consolidation of the Business demand, on-line sourcing of goods and services, on-line evaluation and award of service providers, complete contract management; contract performance management and finally making payment for acceptable goods and services provided. All supply chain activities and tasks adhere to Public Sector SCM policy as described in PFMA and MFMA and to preferential procurement as defined in the PPPFA.

Our solutions: ICT-Works offers two Public Sector solutions that may be purchased as suites or modules Afri-Clouds Advanced SCM Afri-Clouds Advanced SCM provides customers with the complete Supply Management functions required to source goods and services from external suppliers and internal organisations or entities based on pre-defined terms, repetitive ordering, ad hoc procurement and leveraging of existing contracts. A complete distribution network with unlimited warehouses and inventory organisation can be set up to ensure accurate receipting, shipments, disbursement, re-ordering and min/max planning. Multiple stock valuation methods can be implemented pending the specific business needs e.g. LIFO, FIFO, Average, weighted average and standard costing. Complex asset assemblies and asset maintenance enable customers to track all assets and components and complete planned and scheduled maintenance. Customers can complete maintenance activities for an asset or components, track warranties, invoke service schedules, enable service intervals and automate the service cycles through automated scheduling and sourcing. All supply chain activities and tasks adhere to Public Sector SCM policy as described in PFMA and MFMA and to preferential Procurement as defined in the PPPFA.
